احداث بزرگترين هتل خورشيدي جهان در ايران در سالروز تولد كوروش

در هفته اي كه گذشت و در سال روز تولد كوروش مراسم آغاز عمليات احداث نخستين و بزرگترين هتل 7 ستاره جهان مجهز به انرژي خورشيدي و نيز افتتاح تالار بزرگ و چند منظوره ي جمشيد باحضور جمعي از شخصيت هاي كشوري، نمايندگان مجلس شوراي اسلامي و خبرنگاران حوزه گردشكري در كيش برگزار شد.

به گزارش خبرنگار ايران اكونوميست سازنده و مالك اين دو مجموعه بزرگ و بي نظير مهندس حسين ثابت است كه پيش از اين پنج مجموعه توريستي - تفريحي از جمله هتل داريوش وپارك دلفين ها و باغ پرندگان را ساخته و به بهره برداري رسانده است.

حسين ثابت در گفت و گو با خبرنگاران اظهار اميدواري كرد كه بيش از پيش از حمايت هاي معنوي و قانوني دولت و مقامات محلي در كيش و ساير نقاط ايران برخوردار باشد.حسين ثابت به خبرنگاران گفت جديت و حساسيت شديد مقام معظم رهبري براي اجرا شدن فوري و كامل اصل 44 قانون اساسي پشتوانه اصلي و مايه ي دلگرمي و اميد واري سرمايه گذاراني است كه قلبشان براي رشد و توسعه و قدرت اقصادي ايران مي تپد.

گفتني است هتل 7 ستاره خورشيدي كورش قرار است با هزينه اي بالغ بر يكصد و شصت ميليارد تومان ظرف مدت دو تا سه سال در زميني به مساحت يكصد هزار متر مربع و شصت و هزار مترمربع متر مربع زيربنا در از سوي مهندس حسين ثابت ساخته شود.

بر اساس تاكيدات رهبري بر اصل 44 قانون اساسي و نياز جدي كشور به سرمايه گذاري هاي كلان خارجي، مسئولان موظفند از راه هاي مختلف از سرمايه گذاران ايراني دلسوز حمايت بيشتر و جدي تر بعمل آورند.

World's Largest 7-Star Hotel to Be Constructed in Iran

The 7 star Cyrus Hotel is supposed to be built in Kish Island by Hossein Sabet in a field with an area of 100,000 square meters and the square footage of 60,000 square meters in 23 floors.
This week on Monday and on the birthday of Cyrus the great, the inauguration for the beginning of the construction of the first and the biggest 7 star hotel in the world, equipped with the solar energy, and also the inauguration of the grand multifunctional hall of "Jamshid" was held in Kish Island. A group of officials, members of parliament, and journalists and reporters in the area of tourism were present in this ceremony.

Hossein Sabet is the builder and owner of these two unique and great complexes who has so far constructed 5 tourist-entertainment complexes in Kish Island including "Daryush(Darius) Hotel", "Dolphin Park", and "Birds Garden". He also owns five hotels in Canary Islands.

Talking to the reporters, Hossein Sabet said he hopes he would enjoy more legal (constitutional) and spiritual support from the government and local officials in Kish Island and other parts of Iran.

He told the reporters that the seriousness and sensitivity of Ayatollah Khameneie, the supreme leader , about immediate and complete fulfillment of the 44th act of the constitution is the main support, confidence, and hope for those investors whose heart beats for the economic growth and development of Iran.

The 7 star Cyrus Hotel is supposed to be built by Hossein Sabet in a field with an area of 100,000 square meters and the square footage of 60,000 square meters in 23 floors. The cost of building the hotel has been estimated over $160,000,000 and it will take 2 or 3 years.

The Cyrus Hotel will only use the solar energy.

Hossein Sabet Baktash (seen here with Turkmans in Gobad) is an Iranian businessman and Persian carpet dealer who owns Sabet International Trading Co.. A recent article from International Herald Tribune, where he talks about building the first Middle East Disneyland, and where, I KID YOU NOT, he explains about his Kish Island hotel providing dolphins shows where the dolphins are dancing to Persian music. Sabet has a BSc in engineering and resides in Berlin, Germany. Sabet International Trading Co. has numerous subsidies such as the Sabet Hotels Group, notable for owning many hotels on Kish Island including the Dariush Grand Hotel and 11 hotels in Europe including many on the Canary Islands. Sabet also holds exclusive rights to organize horse race competitions throughout Iran via his company ASB Iranian. Sabet is also set to build the first solar powered hotel in the Middle East on Kish Island, Iran. Koroush Hotel will be 7 star and will cost $520 million dollars and will have 500 rooms, 23 floors in an area of 100,000 square meters. The hotel is set to be complete in October 2009.
