"First of all, thanks so much for all of your support and kindness regarding our marriage.

For the record, because a bunch of idiots on the www.tapesh.com site, Reza's site, are saying that on siavash.com, Siavash announced he is getting married to me 2 weeks after his father died and what a disgrace that is to his father, I just want to let you know that is absolutely not true. Siavash and I have already been married for over 6 months, and Siavash hoped that his father in heaven could bless our marriage, although it did not appear he was able to do this in life. We did not announce it to anyone accept his parents, both of them. His father knew that we were married while he was alive and his mother has known too. They were not supportive about the deciscion, especially his mother who has said very harsh things about me, which is fine, I forgive her and I am so sorry for her loss at this time. What Siavash wrote on here was a message for me I guess, to say thank you for my love during this difficult time since his father passed away, which is so sweet and I appreciate that so much honey, and because he has no control over what his mother or brother or anyone else says in Iran, he wanted you, his fans, his friends, to know from his own mouth, that we have been married and how he felt about that. We did not mean to keep it from all of you, it has been such a hard time that the family didn't accept it, never accepted me, ever, and so we just needed time to absorb that. It is very sad because Siavash did not get to spend as much time as he liked with his father here, in the USA, because very harsh words were said and a very bad letter was sent to Siavash before his parents left for Iran and this whole thing has been a very painful experience. Regardless, Siavash has ALWAYS been a loving and beautiful son, he has given his father tremendous respect, he loves him so much, I have never seen Siavash do anything but try and make his parents happy and many times he has sacrificed his own happiness to acheive this.

Siavash is a loving and kind person and for idiots like those at www.tapesh.com, who call him a crackhead and a druggie because they ASSUMED he married only 2 weeks after his father's death, which is a huge lie and you can check out our marriage certificate, I am sure you can send away for it online you idiots, to see how long we have been married. You guys have been sick and you continue to be sick. Read carefully and get the facts before you hurt someone or call someone names at such a hard time. Screw all of you who wrote that, and those who would believe such garbage, who would call Siavash a crackhead at the moment his father dies, you deserve all that hell has to offer. You have no idea what a kind and caring man Siavash is, he has more class then any persian singer I have ever met.


So, for the record, Siavash and I have been married, for over 6 months, his family knew and Christine from this discussion page who happened to visit our home in August at a time when his parents were there, knew too. We've been in love for much longer than that, but his family never approved of me. He did not decide to get married after his father's death 2 weeks ago, since we are already married. He is in deep pain and mourning and every day we try to think about the positive and we think about all the beautiful things about Mr. Shams and we smile because we want his memory to be about the good things, the positive things, the things that were so lovable about father Shams. That is how Siavash and myself have chosen to mourn. Many months ago, Siavash started telling people I was his wife, and he just decided now was the time to tell all of you. For those of you at tapesh.com who mentioned I was an old woman, well for the record, I am 3 years older than Siavash, but only 3 years, sorry to disappoint you, but you are right, I am older and proud to get such an amazing husband and a very cute one too.

I never cease to be amazed at the cruelty, the absolute bitter hatred that people show towards someone as beautiful as Siavash, I will never understand it, I think it's a travesty of justice. Up to this moment me and my sister had done evrything that was possible to take care of him and his business although tonight we experienced an amazing event that I would like and I will share with every Persian that has Love for his country and heritage. I want everyone to know how Siavash and his American wife think of Persians and how they talk about us.
Tonight, after a brief argument, Caroline, spit on my face and called me a ****ing Persian, she called all Iranians lame, stupid and at the end terorists, she especially called all Persian girls(including my sisters Whores) .Siavash to back her up, called all Iranians very very BAD names and told my sister to go back to go back to ****ing Iran, where I came from because she also refused to take the crap from him and his wife and I stood up for my country and religion.
Siavash is a total prejedist and has hate toward Jews and especially Persian Jews because they are all sucessful and won't take his shit.
Even Police Officers, advised me to take siavash's wife, Caroline, to jail for battery But i still refused 'cuase Siavash is still Persian to me even though Siavash doesn't feel the same about any of us.
For anyone who's interested, you can call me or contact me and I will give you the name of the Police Officers and wittnesses who came. So you would know all the details.

hey guys what's up. update on payam(me), siavash, and caroline situation.
before his april 9th concert which really wasn't a concert like dariush that 6000 people go it was just in a club with max of 1500 or so. that's what he usually does i remember him having a concert for free in a book store :) but anyways before his club concert he called me twice and of course i didn't pick up the phone on him because it's waste of time so he called my sister and of course she didn't pick up on him because it's wast of time. so he didn't leave me a message but guess what he called me yesturday and he was threating me that if you don't go and tell them i made a mistake and apologize i will ruin your life. he goes like you know my situation and what i can do to your life. lol isn't it funny. he's situation is that he is at the most dangerous place in vannuys and he lives there like a total loser that's his situation.

but anyways i already have that which i will publish it if he and his wife run their dirty mouths again and also so far i was waiting for adoption agency to find out how crazy these two are but if they don't i will go to them with my police documents and the threats and i will make sure they won't get two kids so their lives wouldn't be ruined. so i am just waiting to see if they will just accept the truth or what because this is just the beginning i will go to the end with this. if he thinks he can ruin my life see what i have in hand that can ruin his life but i've been just waiting for the right time.

alright guys more updates. i went to court yesturday and los angeles sheriff deportment is suppose to deliver the documents to siavash and caroline because i was simply afraid of my life to go and see them after all the threats and dramas, but i feel like they are going to stop harrasing me so right now i am going back to court to drop the charges. but as soon as i see any more threats or harrasment i will open the case again.

so i hope they stop or we have to go forward with all the documents again.

First of all I want to thank everyone for their support of my music.

Before the night of my April concert, there was a letter sent to many of my friends and fans on myspace that contained defamatory statements. This letter was filled with sick lies, written and sent to many of you and posted by some of you. His sister also sent the same letter. Another website also posted this letter and more. This letter was so defamatory it put my family in danger.

I contacted the police and am dealing with this according to their advise. I am also resolving, myspace's and the other websites legal responsibilitys in allowing these people to write & post defaming and libelious statements.

I have been a singer for 20 years and would assume you all know who I am as a person, my wife has been 20 years in the community, and has put her heart out to many fans. I didn't see much defense of this post. If you don't know who I am by now and you question my integrity, I don't want your support.

This guy is now contacting people listed on my page. If you are being harrassed let me know so I can give the letters to the police.

There is freedom of speech, but there are laws against writing, posting, and speaking words that defame, libel and slander someones character and life. With so much hatred and racism in the world, I advise people like this who try to create more hatred, to get a life.

first of all i went to LAPD and i told them exactly what i have done. i told them about here and myspace and the officer look at me like are you trying to kid me she said we always talk about our president and say everything. she said USA is a free country and you can practice your rights. so that's that and also i told them if they put my life in any kind of danger or try to cause hatred i will go to adoption agency. so tomorrow i don't have school. also thursday. if i felt like i am in danger i will go and save two little kids. i am sure adoption agency will find out soon or later but soon is better before they get hurt mentally and physically.
