Hip-Hop vs Rap

Ok I think we can all agree that hip-hop and rap are better than all other kinds of music...But how do they do agains eachother. Lets make one thing clear, here are a few examples of Rap and Hip-Hop artists..

Those r some examples for people who don't know the difference...Moving into history, 2pac has been dead for over 10 years and he's rap songs still rival today's. And coming back to the present 50 Cent is SUPPOSIDLY a rapper but I think he's just a lame excuse...All he raps about nowadays is himself and women.

Anyway now you tell me wat u think.

people have different tastes, u mainstream oriented people think that rap and hip hop are better than other genres of music because u have not delved into alternative realms, there are so many genres and subgenres of music and within each there are good and bad ones, i don't have a problem with rap music as long as it doesn't go into boy wants girl or vice versa and then we go into luvy duvy stuff or worse into sexual sleazy content, nothing unique or special about it, unless u are targeting kids, who need to evolve yet to appreciate the finer things in the musical spectrum. ask yourself, am i only gonna gulp up what the radio stations serve me, or will i go outthere and research 4 myself and see what else is on the musical horizon? peace

Well yes I agree but bear in mind I have and still do listen to other genres of music including Pop and Rave...I figured out for myself that rap songs have alot more meaning...Usualy anyway..
