Taco Salad (appetizer)

2 cans of refried beans
2 avocados
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package of taco mix
12 oz sour cream
shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced black olives
1 bag of nacho chips
(you can find most of this stuff in the mexican section)
1. select a flat dish
2. put the refried beans in the dish and using a spoon try to make it flat
2. blend the avocados, then mix the mayo and the taco mix. then put it on top of the beans
3. then put the sour cream
4. add as much shredded cheese as you like.
5. cut lettuce very small and put it on top of the cheese, do the same thing with the tomato, then add the olives.
6. serve it with nacho chips
this is so easy, and it is fast to make
