Tarrant later sued the singer starlet for breach of contract, claiming she did nothing to support the Jessica Simpson brand. (The suit is ongoing.) The 26-year-old appeared in last year's box office dud "The Dukes of Hazzard" and will hit the big screen next in the comedy "Employee of the Month."
