They dont go out of their way to make eye contact with other people. But this guy is standing in the middle of the street pulling himself.

He is sexually frustrated and wants attention. I have families who live in iran and are very sucessful by working hard and believing in themselves and they don't leave the country because they want to keep building it. Thye don't get naked and run around, you definately have to be crazy especially in "Persian Culture" to do that.

but that is a very small percantage
