This is young Iranian couple, Bazmeh and Kousha's "Proposal Night," which I assume is an engagement or Namzadi party. It starts at a home where they are sent off together somewhere (to dinner?).

When they come back to an uncle and aunt's house, guests from both families are waiting for them (is it a surprise? I don't know). One thing is for sure -- in Clip #3, Bazmeh's father who has decided to surprise her shows up from out of town among the guests to delightful results for her.
