I just emailed radiojavan.com yesterday if they knew anything about the exact release date of andy's new album...and here is what they responded

Hi,

Thanks for your email. Well, we know Andy from past events in Atlanta.
And the last time I spoke to him (April), he said that he is planning
on his album coming out for the summer. He didn't give an exact date,
but he said it will be a collection of love songs (new and old). The
Persian industry is slow in releasing albums, so it could be delayed.
I don't have any other specific info though. Thanks for your support.

last time i talked to Andy it was in Washington and he said there were rumors about album called Salam. Andy says there is no album called Salam, but he has album releasing this summer. he said was planning to release this album early this year but he had few song that he was still working and he also had so many tours. Andy says album should release no later than this summer and he was looking to release it 08/01/05 if not earlier. So rumors are rumors, but this is what star himself says! He even said his album will be titled Love songs since the album will have a lot of love songs and he said will have 12 new hits on the album.
