lol! Even the picture looks scary I guess. But I like it for some reason, seems like a good outlet of expressing a moment of happiness. I think there's something healthy about it. It would be interesting to see if all people who beshkan good have like a lower chance for heart disease!

Just to set the record straight, i think i am one of the only irunis who cant beshkan. I tried practicing some even with the help of the movie, vali no beshkaning. Man dast mizanam, shomaha beshkan bezanin.
