they are fallowing orders
i mean yes once they start to take there own actions yes than they are guilty

i also thinking about the movie
you know what having the us have a huge military isnt acctualy that bad becuase the alternative would be alot of other countries having there own military industry
and arming theme selfs according to there own ambitions

like this countries like
japan
germany
suidarabia
canada
and so many dont have the responsibility of arming themseslf and there for starting mini arm races among theme selfs
also from an economic view point it makes more sence
it is economies of scale
it is cheaper for the us to arm these countries than it is for these countries to arm theme self and because of that the whole world is better of becuase we dont have overlaping resources being waisted on arms

so as bad as the military industrial complex is i think in some way it is maintaining some kind of a peac in the world this is in contrast to my inital view
