Internationally Acclaimed Playwrite and actress Yasmina Reza has just release her latest book "L'aube le soir ou la nuit" an authorized year long diary on Nicholas Sarkozy, the newly elected French President. Following him from the early days of campaign to the Election of the presidential candidate.

Reza shares with Nicholas Sarkozy Hungarian and Jewish Roots. Her father was an Iranian immigrant from Russia and her mother was Hungarian. She got into the international spotlight with her much acclaimed play entitled ART. The book is much expected given the lack of truly an intimate knowledge of Sarkozy's private persona.

French playwright Yasmina Reza triumphed at an annual Tony awards ceremony here late Sunday as she won the best play of the year prize for an American adaptation of her "God of Carnage."

The 63rd awards ceremony dedicated to the best work of dramatic and musical theater featured celebrities such as Jane Fonda, Elton John and James Gandolfini, the star of the series "The Sopranos."

"God of Carnage" won for its authors, producers and actors a total of three prizes.

The best actress award went to Marcia Gay Harden. Matthew Warchus won a Tony for best theater director, while the best play trophy was awarded to Yasmina Reza.

Marcia Gay Harden plays a lead role in the play that tells the story of a humorous but at the same time cynical and testy encounter between two couples, whose 11-year-old children have had a fight.

In the course of several hours spent together, the two couples reveal all their worries.

Meanwhile, a long-time Broadway staple, musical comedy "Billy Elliott," garnered a Tony for best theater directing.

"I am happy to be here again. Maybe you miss my accent?" Yasmina Reza said as she received the award.

The ceremony took place at New York Radio City Hall and was broadcast live to a new pedestrian area at Times Square in the center of Manhattan Island.
