even with democracy in the country, i think its more the people that will still raise these issues, because our culture has become this way

ofcourse not, but consider this, that guy knew that people will be looking at him and there was a high chance of him getting warned by police.

at the end im against too being strict against these things, but that guy should have known not to go walking into a shopping mall like that
