  • Stop People From Trying to Convert You to Another Religion

If you are tired of religions trying to convert you to their beliefs, please read this to learn how to politely tell them you are not interested.

    Steps

Remember that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs even if you do not personally believe them.

When religious people come to the door, greet them cordially as you would other guests.

Being rude to them will just add to their insistence that you try their religion as it can serve as a challenge to turn around the reticent fool.

Allow them to initiate their speech about joining them.

Politely tell them that you are not interested in converting to their religion. At this point you can offer the religion/belief that you have chosen to follow in life. Or you can simply decline politely by informing that you are not a "Christian/Jew/Mormon etc." and not elaborate any further.

If they protest or try and offer more "enticing" information, simply tell them again that you are not interested.

If their speech continues then it is appropriate to close the door.

If you feel awkward, tell them the baby is crying and needs you, or that your soup is about to boil over. Another good answer is to say that someone is waiting on the phone for you - this allows for a very fast exit but do not let them in.

    Tips

If the converting party is Christian and you offer that you are Jewish, they may claim that you should convert because Jesus was Jewish.

It is now appropriate to offer a clean reply that can sound similar to "Yes, Jesus was Jewish, but I don't believe in worshiping the life of one man" or "Yes he was, but the Christian religion blossomed after his death."

If the converting party says "I'm sorry" after you offer your belief of choice, acknowledge this as a rude comment and say something that sounds like "If Jesus loves everyone, then both he and you should accept my decision."

If your not sure what you believe or don't understand what you believe, consider what converting party has to say.

Then take some time to investigate the claims and think about what you believe - it's really important!

    Warnings

Do not yell or make rude comments towards the converting party.

Or ask them these questions and see if they get stuck answering you.

How come all the high and mighty prophets were from Middle East? and not somewhere like Greece which has been around for a long long time?

How come prophet sounds like profit?

How come The all Knowing and all Powerful God has to meet its messengers in dark caves and behind burning bushes?

How come God didn't send one scroll or book or writing which encompasses all language barriers and has no need to translate?

How come your God see itself so separate from me but yet demands unity?

How come God needs so much attention and so needy?

Of course ask them all very politely as to make sure they don't get offended and if they do then kick their *** right out of you house....LOL
