Moving country isn't an easy thing to do but if done correctly it can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life!
Steps
Figure out where you want to go. To the beautiful rose city of Toulouse in south west France? To Berlin in Germany? To Mexico? Venezuela? Spain? Russia?
Learn a bit about the country, local customs (very important), language (even more important) and areas.
Also learn if it's a peaceful country and how to immigrate
Go on holiday to the country so you can see it first hand.
Guidebooks are all very nice but it's not quite the same. Also don't hang out in the tourist areas, get off the beaten track and mix with the locals!
Sell up in your native country and buy property in your new one
Go see the local authority (mayor, immigration office, your embassy) to find out what you need to do to become an immigrant and what forms you'll need for healthcare, insurance, driving etc etc
Keep contact with your friends! You'll need them!
Have fun!
Tips
Language is probably the most important aspect of this. If you don't speak the native language then you won't get very far!
Don't burn all of your bridges at home, you might need to come back one day!
If you are moving as a teen or with your family, you should check out teenxpats they're a social networking site and community site that lets you keep up with your (old and new) friends!
Warnings
Moving country is fun but often very hard.

You may experience discrimination
