I like arian free concert or no free concert. Also you know I was in iran during the student protestings. Unfortunately they didn't let me go and watch because i was the american girl. oh well, it would have been fun to be there and participate.

امسال دو نفر از اعضاي گروه آريان ، گروه را ترک کردند . اما در هر دو مورد هم آريان سعي کرد موضوع را کوچک جلوه دهد .

اولين نفر ، محمدرضا گلزار بود که مدتي پيش از کنسرت تيرماه ، از گروه جدا شد . اين اتفاق برخلاف خبرسازي هايي که از گلزار و آريان مي شود تقريبا بي سر و صدا بود و آريان حتي کوچکترين حرفي درباره آن در کنسرت نزد . انگار نه انگار که گلزاري بوده و نفر بعدي ، اميرحسين مستعد بود که در سفر گروه آريان به آلمان براي کنسرت با گروه بازنگشت و آنجا پناهنده شد . آنطور که ما باخبر شديم نوازنده کيتار بيس آريان نه تنها تصميم بازگشت ندارد بلکه براي ادامه تحصيل در دانشگاه هم ثبت نام کرده است . اين هم از آريان که به حفظ ترکيب خود خيلي اميدوار بود .

It's about 2 members of this persian group called "Arian" who left the band. It's a pretty popular group (it's members live in Iran) that consists of a few boys & girls (I think they used to be 10 but now they're 8, or maybe 7).

The Iranian pop music band Arian and leading pop singer Benyamin Bahadori will take Iran's pop melodies to Europe and North America for a joint summer performance.

The band is to perform 9 concerts this September in U.S., Canada and Europe and then finish off with a final concert in the United Arab Emirates.



Arian Band is the first ever band consisting of both men and women singers and players in Iran and the first music group to represent Iranian pop music (Not Including Kiosk or Abjeez which is are former Underground Pop groups that are now part of the Diaspora Arts Community) . Their debut album, 'Gole Aftabgardoon' (The Sunflower) was released in 2000. The album had huge success in Iran. The band was recently nominated for the BBC World Music Award.

Benyamin Bahadori is an Iranian singer of Persian pop music whose 2006 album, 85, was a massive commercial success. His most famous songs include Khatereha (more commonly known as Donya), Loknat (Stutter), and Adam Ahani (more commonly known as Halam Badeh). He belongs to the new generation of Iranian pop singers.

In September 2006 Benyamin traveled to Sweden to have gigs in Tantolunden, Hornstull and Stockholm.
