I have heard some troubling news. I don't know if it is true or not, do any of you guys know? I have heard that the Islamic republic has been planning to build a dam that would flood Pasargad, Persepolis, and Kuroush's tomb. I swear if this ever happens, and the people just sit and watch, I am NEVER going back to Iran.

I don't think it will happen, at least I hope not. It would truly be a tragic looss, most for Iran, but also for the world.

I guess they can build a dam or what not. But that is still stupid. I wouldn't be surprised as the mullahs have stolen columns from Pasargad to build mosques, but this is beyond that. But again I don't think they can do it.

Pasargad was the ancient capital of Kuroush (Cyrus) and Kambujiyahya (Cambyses)

Persepolis (Parsa in Iranian) was the ancient capital of Darayavaush (Dariush) and Khsharyarsha (Xerxes).

After that stupid Alexander burnt them down, only ruins are left.
