With little over four months left to world cup finals we are once again witnessing the familiar mismanagement and incompetence in the Iranian Football Federation (IFF). Iran and Japan were the first countries to qualify for world cup 2006 giving them a head start to prepare for the finals.



Jubilant fans crowded the streets across Iran when Team Melli qualified for Germany 2006 on June 8 th 2005 by beating Bahrain. After the match Iranian players were confident of Iran progressing to the second round of world cup finals, Iran had put together a magnificent run of results to qualify for the world cup, players and coaches had every reason to be confident.

After the disappointment of missing out on WC2002 finals the IFF appeared to have learnt their lesson. This time a psychologist was hired to help the players deal with the mental pressures of the game; Iranian Embassy in Bahrain ensured of proper accommodation for the team when they played in Manama, Iran even took their own catering facility with the team to ensure the players received nothing but the best. These were positive and welcomed signs that the authorities were beginning to act professionally.

What has followed since June 8 th however is heartbreaking to say the least but it's a familiar pattern that Iranian players, coaches, fans and media have seen before; that's IFF mismanagement. Iran qualified for the world cup with a game in hand, consequently Iran's final match of WC2006 Qualifiers against Japan last August was not taken seriously, Iran lost the match 2-1 away but more alarming than the result was Iran's poor performance in the match. This was followed by the cancellation of a two legged friendly against Romania courtesy of IFF in September, the two matches would have been of great value and experience for Iran.

Iran's 2-0 loss to South Korea in a friendly game last October totally wiped out the joyful moments of June 8 th . But there was worse to come, the well publicised LG Cup to be held in Tehran later that month became the target of political retaliation with the Iranian authorities banning LG sponsorship from the Tehran tournament in retaliation for South Korea's support for the US on Iran's nuclear energy research issue. The tournament went ahead under a different name with Iran losing to Macedonia B side in their opening match, Iran's win over Togo did little to comfort the fans. After all the political wrangling that surrounded the LG Cup Iranian players seemed to have lost their motivation and hunger to play in the now Tehran tournament. Iran's recently arranged friendly against Ukraine for March 1 st 2006 was called off by the Ukrainians last week.

Iran face a new dilemma now, apart from being hit by IFF mismanagement Iran face political isolation as a consequence of the country's foreign policies and their nuclear research program. Many countries are not prepared to play in Iran after the recent revelations. There has also been News of possible sanctions against Iran which might include throwing Iran out of the world cup; FIFA has however re-iterated their policy of keeping football separate from politics. Sport must not be mixed-up with politics; however, since Iran banned LG football sponsorship of Tehran tournament over politics are we in a position to complain if Iran was to be kicked out of WC2006 for political reasons? Furthermore Iran's refusal to play against Israel in any sport is mixing politics with sport. There is one thing for certain, banning Iran from WC2006 would only hurt the nation not the intended target of Iranian Government.

How is all this affecting our players' mentality and confidence? Every country that has qualified for WC2006 has lined-up friendly matches for their teams; our fellow AFC sides Japan, South Korea, Australia and Saudi Arabia are playing friendly matches against European and South/Central American sides.

At the time of writing this article (Jan 23 rd ) IFF have not lined up any friendly matches for Iran. Interestingly though Persepolis FC of Tehran have managed to play a friendly with German Giants Bayern Munich!

So what options are available for Iran? In the past fans have complained when Iran have played friendly games against European football clubs, I have never agreed with them so long Iran play strong clubs; Real Madrid for instance rather than the unknown Esteghlal of Kish (an Island in the Persian Gulf) where Iran played last week.

It is already late for Iran to be fully prepared and at their peak by June 11 th when the world cup kicks off, but with immediate IFF action and planning we could still send a team to Germany that is prepared enough. The fans and media must get behind our head coach Branko Ivankovic and support his team, only helpful guidance and viable feedback to the team is acceptable, Team Melli does not need isolation and bashing from their own fans and media at this late stage.

Iran must hold regular training camps and keep their players in a high state of fitness, Iran's secret weapon in world cup 98 was the hard work the former Croat Coach Ivich put in the team; he put high emphasis on players' physical strength. IFF must support the team in the next five months by providing logistics such as proper travel arrangements, accommodation and training camps in Europe where Iran could play top European Clubs if not national sides. Our options are limited; time is not on our side.

It must be said however that Iranian players are quite used to IFF incompetence, they have been through all this mismanagement before, we can recall time and again Team Melli players have risen to the occasion and defeated the odds, Iran's match against Australia in Melbourne and against USA in Lyon (WC98] will always remain fresh on our minds, for the Iranian players the current turmoil the team is going through is simply business as usual for Team Melli Iran, based on Iran's past record I believe the Persians will give a good account of themselves in the finals despite their federations mismanagement, but one wonders what Iran could achieve if the Iranian authorities and IFF were well organised and supported their team just as the other qualifying countries are.

Football is the most passionate sport on this planet; it draws more fans to the stadiums and attracts more TV audiences world-wide than any other sport, football brings tears of joy from success on the one hand and hurtful tears of failure on the other to the eyes of the fans and players. Nations are united (normally behind their national side) or divided (on rival clubs) over football.



Emotions can be positive (harmony) or negative (hostile), without emotions though the game of football would be like kicking a square ball in the middle of a desert! Emotion is a powerful entity which can be difficult to control but one which is an essential part of football, bad decisions and mistakes are made in football (by fans, media, players, coaches and federations), making mistakes is acceptable so long as lessons are learnt. In this article we will take a look at the price Iran football has paid by repeating past mistakes and also the consequences of failure to control emotions?



In the last ten years Iran football has gone through it’s most emotional period resulting in joyful and hurtful moments, the national team has produced heroes that are sadly forgotten already. Heroes make major contribution in bringing success, they add spice to the game and attract fans to the sport, they give hope to their nation, in Iran’s recent match against Syria (Aug 16th) we watched an Iran team without heroes and without emotions, we witnessed Persian fans insulting their own national team player Nikbakht-Vahedi in their capital city of Tehran while playing an Arab opponent! This could hardly be described as patriotism (a lacking emotion in fans).



The Syria match showed the consequence of irrationality; when Nikbakht was given a hostile reception by Esteghlal fans during an international match we saw the ugly side of emotion, sadly insulting their own is a habit that sectors of Iranian fans and media have used time and again, the sad memories of Iranian fans celebrating Ali Daei’s injury which ruled him out of Iran’s world cup qualifier against Qatar in 2004 are still fresh on my mind. Iranian fans making fun of Mahdavikia’s personal life on Iranian web sites only 2 months prior to WC2006 is hard for me to forget (both the fans and the Iranian site owners/admins involved were equally in the wrong), insults fired at Mirzapour, Golmohammadi, Nosrati not mentioning the then Iran head coach Branko Ivankovic all made me wonder whose side these Iranian fans and media were on!



Such irrational behaviour is amongst mistakes made by sectors of Iranian fans and media but have lessons been learnt from such mistakes? There is no shortage of mistakes and irrational behaviour on the other side of the spectrum either and that’s the Iranian football federation (IRIFF), players and coaches. We’ll take a look at learning from past mistakes and the principal of moving on without learning from mistakes (which is suicidal).



IRIFF sacked a quality coach Ivich days before world cup 98 finals replacing Ivich with the amateur coach Jalal Talebi, without a doubt Iran would have achieved more in WC98 under Ivich, dismissing Ivich without having a better quality coach in place to take over was a suicidal move, Iran under Talebi went on to do poorly in Asia 2000 finals. Were lessons learnt from this mistake though? Eight years

later a similar scenario has been repeated, the principle of dismissing an existing coach without having any plans or a better alternative in the pipeline to take over is suicidal, yet IRIFF repeated this mistake once again by appointing an inexperienced (at international level) amateur coach Amir Ghalenoei to take over from Ivankovic only weeks prior to crucial Asian Cup 2007 qualifiers, this repeat mistake has had severe consequences for Team Melli.



Today Iran national team faces elimination from the Asian Cup 2007 finals as a consequence of repeating past mistakes, I for one would have been delighted had Ivankovic been replaced by Arie Haan and before the Dutchman signed a deal with Cameroon national team last week. However, turning Team Melli camp into a practice ground for third rate amateur coaches such as Ghalenoei, Ebrahimi and Payrovani was without a doubt a suicidal move. Team Melli camp should be the place where players are coached and guided, sadly Team Melli camp is used as a practice and test ground for our coaching team with dire consequences for the national team.



Last but not least the role played by Iranian media and critics should be reviewed, there were elements in the media in the run-up to WC2006 that cared more for becoming famous in the public eye than they did for team Melli, there were newspapers that cared more for boosting their sales than they did for team Melli, there were Iranian Internet sites that cared more for increasing their hits and traffic than they cared for team Melli, their aim of looking for controversy was to serve their own interest not that of team Melli!

If Iran football is to progress then sacking two people (Dadkan & Ivankovic) will not even scratch the surface, as the new crew have proven they are even more incompetent and incapable than the outgoing lot. If Iran football is to progress a sport revolution is required in Iran which will change not only the system in IRIFF but also the mentality of Iranian fans as well as the media.



The country should come above all, however neither the system in IRIFF, nor by enlarge our critics, fans and media have put the country above their own personal feelings and opinions. We have had players such as Azizi, Karimi or Bagheri who feel they can pick and choose when they wish to play for Iran, we have fans insulting our own players in the stadiums, on the streets and on the Internet, we have Iranian Internet sites that turn a blind eye on the insults thrown at our national players on their forums humiliating Iran’s representatives, our media put down our players and coaches during major tournaments making counter-productive criticism, our federation does not support the national team by hiring experienced quality coaches, IRIFF fail to arrange competitive friendly matches for the national team (playing Ekbatan, Esteghlal of Kish or Rah Ahan is not my idea of testing the national team).



So is it any wonder that Iran are on the verge of elimination from Asian Cup 2007 finals, perhaps elimination from Asia 2007 is just what Iranian football needs in order for the required revolt to happen in Iran football. Only individual brilliance by Iranian players and luck can save Iran from being eliminated from Asia 2007 by Syria and South Korea, that in my opinion would only delay the inevitable, in the short run the coaches and authorities shortcomings will be forgotten until they resurface in world cup 2010 qualifiers, Iran’s elimination from Asia 2007 finals might ignite a much needed revolt in the system and media which would be in the long term interest of Iran football, to continue with the current methods would set Iran football back even further.

A full strength Iran backed by their European based players secured a place in the Asian Cup 2007 finals after a 2-0 win over Syria in Damascus on September 6th having come close to being eliminated from the finals after drawing with Syria in Tehran last month.

A win for Syria would almost certainly have put Iran out of contention but the Syrians failed to impress despite the return of four of their first team players from injury which had forced them to miss the first leg of this tie. Iranian players had a difficult week having to play South Korea in Seoul on September 2nd and Syria in Damascus (6 time zones away) four days later, all credit to the players for coping with the fatigue of travelling, different time zones and getting the result in the end even though Iran’s performance left a lot to be desired.

Syria were a weak side, Iran cannot claim to have won a major victory considering their opponent was a third rate Asian side. But the team coaches have claimed major credit for Iran’s results albeit the results were earned by individual player talents rather than have anything to do with good coaching, tactics or game plan (there was none). After the match the interim head of Iranian football federation Mr Hashemi hailed his decision of appointing an Iranian coach for Team Melli as the right one and used Iran’s win over Syria as the moment to justify his decision.

Iran under Ghalenoei continue to play the backward 3-5-2 formation which is what Mr Ghalenoei is familiar with from his Iranian league experience, Iran played 3-5-2 UAE and Syria (home and away), Ghalenoei used the passive formation of 3-6-1 against South Korea. Iran had luck on their side against Korea drawing the match in the last minute of the game, the draw with Korea gave Iran the upper hand on Syria, but Iran will not go far in the Asian Cup finals next year playing in this manner when they have to take on Asia’s big guns Australia, Japan, South Korea and Saudi Arabia, other teams such as UAE, Oman, Iraq, Qatar and China are all playing well in the qualifiers and will be no pushovers in the finals.

I have the following concerns on decisions and tactics used by Iran’s head coach Mr Ghalenoei and his assistants:

Ghalenoei continues to ignore his critics rather than consider their feedback; Ghalenoei continues to leave Iran’s best player from WC2006 the right back defender Hussein Kaebi on the substitute bench. The effective and deadly Kaebi Mahdavikia combo is badly missed in the team; Iran’s right flank has suffered as a result of Kaebi’s absence. Kia and Kaebi both have pace and agility, they can hit the opposition hard and fast with their passing ability, pace and accurate crosses.

Ghalenoei continues to use the 37 year old Fekri in his central defence while the talented Sadeghi who was one of the best defenders in IPL last season is left on the bench, Sadeghi replaced Fekri in the match against Syria but this was due to Fekri getting injured, I would like to see Sadeghi in the first team and Fekri dropped from Team Melli. Iran should revert back to 4-4-2 formation, playing with three defenders rather than four has meant using an outdated formation and sacrificing Iran’s best right back defender Hussein Kaebi. The striker Majidi has now played in Iran’s last two matches and proven to be ineffective, Borhani should be used ahead of Majidi. In the match against Syria Iran played with Hashemian and Enayati upfront, this is a combination Ivankovic never used and I can see why, these two players play an identical role in the team, only one of them is needed on the pitch at a time, playing them side by side against Syria was a failure.

It is interesting that after much criticism of the former Team Melli head coach Ivankovic we find the new coach Ghalenoei reverting back to his predecessor’s choice of players; Branko’s team formed the back bone of Ghalenoei’s team in Iran’s last two matches, the much criticised keeper Mirzapour favoured by Ivankovic has regained his number one place under the new coach after being dropped earlier. Out of favoured and much criticised Nosrati from Branko’s era is back in the first team.

All of Iran’s three goals in the last two matches were created by deadly and accurate crosses by Mahdavikia, Fereydoon Zandi is the only Iranian player who has the talent to provide such deadly crosses as Kia but he has been dropped from team Melli by the new coach.

Conclusion

Thanks to one or two moments of magic performed by Iranian players the team is in the Asian Cup finals 2007, It is now time to build a team that can win the Asian Cup for a record fourth time, in order to do so Team Melli require a quality foreign coach with a record of success and achievement at international football, Iran missed out on targeting Advocaat, Hiddink, Zico, Haan, Denizli and others who parted company with their teams after WC 2006 because the desire to take Iran football forward was lacking, unless Ghalenoei is replaced in the next few weeks by a quality coach Iran will repeat their miserable performance of Asia 2000 finals under Jalal Talebi, the key word is experience and a successful record of achievement on the world stage, Ghalenoei at best won the Iranian Premier League after three seasons of trying in one of Iran’s most resourceful clubs Esteghlal of Tehran, in the end the league was won by only one point over Paas FC in the last day of the season.

A new head of Iranian Football Federation will be elected in October, I can only hope that the new administration will aim high and hire a quality coach for Team Melli who can bring the Asian Cup back home to Iran where it belongs, there is no time to waste.

توی چند سال اخير شاهد تغيير و تحولات زيادی در زمينه فوتبال بوديم. مثل نقل و انتقالات بازيکنان به باشگاه های مختلف يا قراردادهای کلانی که با بازيکنان فوتبال بسته ميشه. برای اينکه بيشتر از جزئيات اين موضوعات مطلع بشيم، با "هيوا يوسفی"، خبرنگار ورزشی صحبتی کرديم که اينجا ميخونيد.





هيوا يوسفی: در سالهای اخير انتقال بازيکنان از يک تيم به تيم ديگه خيلی آسون شده. حتی انتقال بازيکنان از تيم های پرسپوليس و استقلال به همديگه! اتفاقاً امسال اين دو باشگاه وقت زيادی برای اين نقل و انتقال ها گذاشتند! پرسپوليس نيکبخت واحدی که خيلی برای استقلال مهم بود رو گرفت، استقلال هم انصاريان و علی زاده رو به تيم خودش دعوت کرد. اين قضيه ادامه پيدا کرد و مثلاً پرسپوليس رفت طرف فراز فاطمی. فضای جالبی بود، چون ديگه به اون مسائلی که قبلاً اهميت داده ميشد، مثل رنگ پيراهن، ديگه زياد توجه نمی شد.

تماشاچی ها چطور؟ اين موضوع رو قبول کردن؟

نه کاملاً. مثلاً نيکبخت واحدی که به پرسپوليس اومده هميشه موقع بازی کردن از طرف استقلالی ها مورد "هو کردن" قرار گرفته. حتی مربی استقلال از اونها خواست که رعايت کنن، اما من وقتی توی استاديوم بودم، می ديدم که اين حرف ها مهم نيست و تماشاچی ها کار خودشون رو می کنن. اين مشکل در زمان هاشمی نصب خيلی بيشتر بود! يعنی همه فکر می کردن که حتی او ديگه جون سالم به در نمی بره!






توی اين جابجايی ها قراردادهای کلانی هم بسته ميشه، پولی که اين وسط رد و بدل ميشه در چه حد و اندازه ای هست؟

خيلی زياد. من به طور مثال خودم رو به عنوان يک جوون با اينها مقايسه می کنم. فوتباليست ها معمولاً از قشری هستن که قبل از شروع فوتبال، زياد زحمت نکشيدن! مثلاً توی اونها کم پيدا ميشه کسانی که درس خونده يا کنکور شرکت کرده باشن! اما بعد از به استخدام در اومدن در يک باشگاه، در آمد زيادی دارن. در آمدی شايد ۱۰ برابر بيشتر از يک جوون عادی يا تحصيل کرده مثل من! قراردادهای ساليانه ای مثل ۲۰۰ يا ۳۰۰ ميليون تومان، علاوه بر حقوق ماهيانه خودشون می بندند که برای يک جوون در ايران خيلی درآمد خوبيه!

فوتباليست ها برای يک چنين تغييراتی بايد چه هزينه هايی بدن؟

درستش اين هست که اين افراد يک آمادگی برای خودشون ايجاد کنن، چون به سرعت از يک سطح زندگی به يک سطح ديگه ميرن. به هر حال بعد از اين تغيير، انتظارات ديگه ای از اين افراد ميره. مثلاً تغيير در طرز رفتار يا پوشش. چون نگاهی که روی اينهاست خيلی بيشتر از آدم های معموليه. من فکر کنم اونها زياد اذيت نميشن. چون خيلی کارهايی که قبلاً نمی تونستن انجام بدن، شايد الان به خاطر شرايط مالی و يک سری امتيازات ديگه بتونن انجام بدن. البته يک سری افراد هم هستن که قضايا رو جدی می گيرن و هدف بلند مدتی برای خودشون تعريف می کنن و سعی می کنن يک چيزهايی رو رعايت بکنن. اين افراد ممکنه يک مقدار اذيت بشن. مثلاً بازيکنی براش مهمه که از او اخبار و جنجالی پخش نشه که برای آينده اش بد باشه.






البته داشتيم کسانی هم که جنجال به پا کردن و حتی دستگير هم شدن!

بله. اين اتفاق هم افتاده. البته اين افراد قاطی ماجراهايی شدن که شايد ربط زيادی به فوتبال نداشته و ممکن بوده که در هر شغل ديگه ای هم اون اتفاق بيافته.

موقعی که مشکلی پيش مياد واکنش خود فوتباليست ها چيه؟

اين افراد زياد دوست ندارن کسی وارد حوضه خصوصی زندگيشون بشه و طبيعتاً سعی می کنن که مخفی و لاپوشانی کنن. خيلی هم کم اتفاق افتاده که بيان و درباره اين موضوعات توضيح بدن و ترجيح ميدن مشکل رو از راه های ديگه ای حل بکنن.






آره اما همه اينها از هزينه های "ستاره شدن" هست، درسته؟

بله درسته. مثلاً اگر يک سری عکس از عروسی علی دايی روی اينترنت ميره، برای مردم خيلی جالب ميشه و اونها رو برای همديگه می فرستن. به هر حال اگر اون بازيکن حساس باشه، قاعدتاً ميتونه اذيت بشه.

زندگی يک فوتباليست که ستاره هست، چقدر با يک جوون معمولی فرق داره؟

معمولاً اين افراد نزديک ظهر از خواب بيدار و ماشين های بهتری نسبت به بقيه جوون ها سوار ميشن. مثلاً باب شده بود که خيلی از اين ستاره ها از دبی ماشين های نمره خارجی می آوردن و بعد پولی ميدادن که يک مدت زمانی بتونن در ايران با اون ماشين رانندگی کنن. بعد ها هم با ضرری چند ميليونی اون رو پس می دادن. يک جوون قشر متوسط به پايين در جامعه شايد نتونه همچين کاری بکنه! ... به هر حال بعد از ظهر ساعت ۴ يا ۵ ميرن سر تمرين و تا ۶ و ۷ بر ميگردن خونه. آخر شب هم به مهمونی ميرن يا فعاليت های ديگه ای ميکنن.






البته درسته که اين افراد حرفه ای هستن، اما رفتار اونها در خارج از زمين فوتبال بعضی وقت ها حرفه ای نيست. مثلاً در ليگ های اروپايی خيلی اهميت ميدن که بازيکن بعد از تمرين کجا ميره. اما در ايران زياد کنترل نيست. مگر اينکه يک بازی مهم باشه که فدراسيون برای اونها هتل ميگيره و بازيکن ها رو قرنطينه می کنه. در غير اين صورت اين افراد شب ها کاملاً آزاد هستن.

اين نوع بازيکن ها کارهای ديگه هم انجام ميدن. مثلاً توی تهران به فروشگاه های خوب که سر بزنين، مغازه های مختلفی از اين بازيکن ها خواهيد ديد! اکثراً در همين سطح هستن. مگر چند نفر که کارهای تجاری گسترده ای می کنن.

اگر بخواهيم اخلاق ستاره بودن رو بين يک بازيکن ايرانی و يک بازيکن خارجی مقايسه کنيم، تو چه چيزی برای گفتن داری؟

تصور می کنم خيلی چيزهاشون شبيه به همه. ولی حرفه ای نگاه کردن در ايران يک مقداری کم رنگ تره. اون هم فکر کنم به دليل تغيير شرايط يکباره در زندگيشون هست. من تصور می کنم اين افراد خودشون رو زياد برای اين جهش آماده نمی کنن.

I just think.....actually in know that if there was no iran-iraq war and the whole war against the middle east never existed. Teammelli was one of the biggest concurrents for Brazil, Argentine, Italia etc. What i'm saying is that Teammelli has the good players. But they need to improve under supervise of a topclass coach. (Karimi and Kia are good enough, i mean the rest):cool:

تازه*ترين رده*بندي برترين* تيم*هاي ملي فوتبال جهان از سوي فيفا اعلام شد و تيم ملي ايران با دو پله صعود در رده*ي چهل و سوم برترين* تيم*هاي جهان قرار گرفته است.

به گزارش خبرگزاري دانشجويان (ايسنا)، كميته*ي فني فدراسيون بين*المللي فوتبال (فيفا)، امروز (چهارشنبه) جديدترين رده*بندي برترين تيم*هاي ملي فوتبال جهان را اعلام كرد كه بر اين اساس تيم ملي ايران با نوزده امتياز مثبت و كسب 658 امتياز در مجموع و با دو پله صعود در رده*ي چهل و سوم جهان و دوم آسيا قرار گرفت.

استراليا با يك پله نزول نسبت به ماه گذشته ميلادي در رده*ي سي و هشتم برترين تيم*هاي ملي فوتبال جهان قرار دارد. اما، اين تيم همچنان برترين تيم آسيا است. پس از استراليا 38 و ايران(43)، تيم*هاي ژاپن (47)، كره*ي جنوبي (49) و ازبكستان (57) به ترتيب در رده*هاي سوم تا پنجم برترين تيم*هاي آسيا قرار گرفتند.

نكته*ي جالب توجه در رده*بندي جديد فيفا سقوط سه پله*اي ايتاليا، قهرمان جهان و نزول اين تيم به رده*ي پنجم برترين* تيم*هاي جهان است.

اسامي ده تيم برتر جهان در ماه آگوست ميلادي به اين شرح است:

نامه فيفا رسيد: فوتبال ايران در آستانه تعليق، نوانديش
نوانديش - فيفا در نامه خطاب به محمددادكان خواستار بازگشت وي به فدراسيون فوتبال شد و هشدار داد در غير اين صورت فوتبال ايران را از كليه رقابت هاي تعليق مي كند.

به گزارش "نوانديش" در نامه چارلز شامپاين نماينده فيفا به محمد دادكان آمده است :

اگر تا تاريخ 17 نوامبر ( 26 آبان ماه) شما و همكاران تان به فدراسيون فوتبال بازنگشتيد ، فدراسيون جهاني فوتبال به اتفاق كنفدراسيون فوتبال آسيا تمامي فعاليت هاي فوتبال ايران را به حالت تعليق در خواهد آورد.

دادكان پس از تساوي تيم هاي ملي ايران و آنگولا توسط علي آبادي رييس سازمان تربيت بدني از سمت خود بركنار شده بود
همچنين روزنامه آينده نو نوشت تنها راه حل اين بحران ، ثبت نام دادكان در انتخابات هفتم آبان ماه فدراسيون فوتبال است. دادكان پيش از اين گفته بود در صورت بركناري يا استعفاي علي آبادي حاضر است استعفاي خود را تقديم كند.

براي شركت در تورنمنت عمان و مصاف با تيم چين تايپه

اسامي بازيكنان تيم ملي بعد از هفته سوم اعلام مي*شود

سرپرست تيم ملي فوتبال ايران گفت: 25 بازيكنان ملي*پوش براي شركت در تورنمنت عمان و مصاف با تيم چين تايپه، بعد از هفته سوم ليگ برتر معرفي مي*شوند.


مهدي مناجاتي اعلام كرد: تيم ملي قرار است در روز دوازدهم مهر براي شركت در تورنمنت سه جانبه عمان راهي اين كشور شود و 2 مسابقه را برابر تيم ميزبان و امارات برگزار كند.
وي ادامه داد: بنا به تشخيص كادر فني اسامي بازيكنان تيم ملي در پايان هفته سوم ليگ برتر انتخاب مي شود تا نفرات دعوت شده پس از حضور در امان، براي برگزاري ديدار حساس دور مقدماتي جام ملت هاي 2007 آسيا به مصاف تيم ملي چين تايپه حاضر شوند.
تيم ملي ايران در روز هجدهم مهر ماه در تايپه به مصاف تيم ملي چين تايپه مي رود.

در واكنش به برخي اظهارات

مصطفوي: مردم خيانتگران به منافع ملي فوتبال را هرگز نمي*بخشند

دبيركل فدراسيون فوتبال گفت: آويزان شدن به طناب پوسيده غير، برخي را در پيشگاه ملت بيش از پيش شرمنده خواهد كرد و يقين بدانيد اين مردم هيچگاه خيانتگران به آرمان*هاي والاي خويش را نخواهند بخشيد.


به نقل از پايگاه خبري سازمان، دبير كل فدراسيون با اشاره به اينكه فدراسيون جهاني، مديريت جديد را به رسميت شناخته و مكاتبات انجام شده در اين خصوص اين را ثابت مي*كند، گفت: همانطور كه پيش از اين نيز گفته ام، فيفا به دنبال تحقق دمكراسي در اين رشته است و ما نيز جز اين در فوتبال عمل نخواهيم كرد.
داريوش مصطفوي افزود: پنداري اين روزها گروهي كه عملكردشان بر همگان روشن است، كمر به بحران آفريني و توطئه چيني براي فوتبال ايران بسته اند و نمي خواهند، واقعيات موجود را قبول كنند.
وي گفت: دغدغه فيفا كه در نامه اي نيز در تاريخ 26 تير ماه 85 به اينجانب منعكس شده، اين است كه مسايل سياسي بر مسايل فوتبال ايران سايه نيندازد. من نيز به عنوان قائم مقام دبيركل فدراسيون بر طبق آنچه در نامه فيفا خطاب به اينجانب آمده به فيفا پاسخ داده ام كه كنار رفتن دادكان بر اساس خواست خود وي صورت گرفته و او قبل از جام جهاني به دفعات اعلام كرده بود كه در پايان اين رقابت ها نمي خواهد به كارش ادامه داده و حتي در تاريخ 5 تيرماه 85 در جمع همكاران فدراسيون و رسانه ها، از مسئوليت رياست فدراسيون خداحافظي كرده است.
مصطفوي گفت: در عين حال به فيفا اعلام كرده ايم كه انتخابات فدراسيون براساس راي اعضاي مجمع در اوايل آذرماه برگزار خواهد شد. البته ابتدا بنا داشتيم اين انتخابات را در روز 26 آبان ماه برگزار كنيم كه متاسفانه به علت همين حاشيه سازي*ها و توطئه ها، چند روزي به عقب افتاد.
وي افزود: بي شك اگر سياست در كار فدراسيون دخالت مي كرد، سازمان تربيت بدني به عنوان متولي ورزش، فردي را از بالا براي اين فدراسيون منصوب مي كرد؛ در حاليكه نظر مهندس علي آبادي بر تحقق دمكراسي در ورزش است و وي بارها تاكيد كرده كه بر اساس راي اعضاي مجمع فدراسيون، از هر كسي كه انتخاب شود حمايت خواهد كرد.
دبيركل فدراسيون فوتبال اضافه كرد: فوتبال ايران نه مال من است و نه مربوط به هيچكس ديگر، فوتبال متعلق به همه ملت ايران است و چون پاي حقوق مردم در ميان است، نمي توان از كنار آن به سادگي گذشت و اجازه داد كه در آن فرصت سوزي شود.
وي گفت: امروز كساني كه كمر به ضربه زدن و توطئه چيني براي فوتبال ايران بسته اند بهتر است به خود آمده و همسو با منافع ملي فوتبال و ورزش حركت كنند. بي شك آويزان شدن به طناب پوسيده غير، نه تنها دردي را دوا نمي كند، بلكه آنان را در پيشگاه ملت بيش از پيش شرمنده تر خواهد كرد و يقين بدانيد كه اين مردم هيچگاه خيانتگران به آرمانهاي والاي خويش را نخواهند بخشيد.
مصطفوي تاكيد كرد: بايد به اين نكته اشاره كنم كه ملت ايران حتي پاي محروميت هم خواهد رفت، اما به هيچ وجه قبول نمي كند كه آدمهايي روي كار بيايند كه پيش از اين باعث تحقير فوتبال ايران شده اند.

تیم ملی فوتبال ایران در دومین بازی خود از سری رقابت های مقدماتی جام ملت های اسیا در برابر تیم سوریه در ورزشگاه ازادی تهران تن به تساوی 1-1 داد.
تیم ملی ایران همان طور كه پیش بینی می شد با همان سیستم بازی با امارات وارد میدان شد.
امیر قلعه نویی برای این دیدار ۲-۵-۳ را برای تیم ملی كشورمان انتخاب كرده بود كه البته تا انتهای بازی دچار تغییراتی شد كه در این مطلب به بررسی این تغییرات در بازی تیم ملی كشورمان می پردازیم.

تركيب اوليه

وحید طالب لو همان طور كه پیش بینی می شد در درون دروازه ایستاده بود.
خط دفاعی ما همان خط دفاعی دیدار با امارات بود به طوری كه شكوری در سمت راست؛ و فكری در میانه ی خط دفاع و صادقی نیز در سمت چپ قرار گرفته بودند.
خط میانی ما از مهدوی كیا در راست ؛ نكونام و تیموریان در میانه ی میدان و معدنچی و نیکبخت در سمت چپ تشكیل شده بود. البته در این بین نیکبخت با دامنه حرکتی کوتاهی که داشت بیشتر در نقش مدافع ظاهر می شد تا یک بال کلاسیک!از همین رو در نگاه دقیقتر می بایست چیدمان اولیه تیم را ۲-۴-۴ البته از نوع باستانی!! آن به حساب آورد.
خط حمله ما نیز متشكل از خطیبی و رضا عنایتی بود.
با یك نگاه ساده به تركیب تیم ملی متوجه می شویم كه این تركیب اشكالات زیادی داشت.
عدم خلاقیت و بازیسازی در مركز زمین به دلیل حضور دو هافبك دفاعی كاملا احساس می شد. نبود یك مكمل خوب برای مهدوی كیا در سمت راست یكی دیگر از مشكلات تركیب امیر قلعه نویی بود. قرار گرفتن خطیبی و عنایتی در كنار یكدیگر نیز كمی عجیب به نظر می رسید.
با توجه به قدرت بالای سوریه در خط دفاع می شد از همان اول حدس زد كه تیم ملی با این تركیب به جایی نمی رسد.

اولین تغییر تاکتیکی

همان طور كه پیش بینی می شد تیم ملی كشورمان نتوانست تا اواسط نیمه ی دوم دروازه سوری ها را باز كند. اما در اواسط نیمه دوم امیر قلعه نویی دست به دو تعویض زد و اولین تغییر را در بازی تیم ملی كشورمان به وجود اورد. با فرستادن كاظمیان به جای مهدوی كیا و مبعلی به جای معدنچی سیستم تیم ملی به 3-4-3 تبدیل شد به طوری كه فكری ؛ صادقی و شكوری در خط دفاع حضور داشتند. تیموریان در سمت راست خط میانی ؛ مبعلی و نكونام در مركز زمین و نیكبخت در سمت چپ قرار گرفتند و كاظمیان و عنایتی و خطیبی هم 3 مهاجم تیم ملی كشورمان بودند.
قلعه نویی خیلی دیر به فكر فرستادن یك هافبك خلاق و بازیساز به میدان افتاد اما در نهایت روی كار خوب همان بازیساز خلاق یعنی مبعلی و ضربه ی نكونام تیم ملی به گل برتری دست یافت.

دومین تغییر تاکتیکی

بعد از به ثمر رسیدن گل برتری امیر قلعه نویی دومین تغییر را در بازی تیم ملی كشورمان به وجود اورد و با یك خط عقب تر اوردن جواد كاظمیان سیستم تیم ملی را از 3-4-3 به 2-5-3 تبدیل كرد.
تیم ملی كشورمان تا اواخر نیمه ی دوم به خوبی به حفظ نتیجه مقابل سوریه پرداخت!!

اخرین تغییر تاکتیکی


در اخرین دقایق نیمه دوم امیر قلعه نویی با به میدان فرستادن كاظمی به جای خطیبی اخرین تغییر را در بازی تیم ملی ایران به وجود اورد. این بار سیستم تیم ملی از 2-5-3 به 1-6-3 تبدیل شده بود اما در نهایت سوریه ای ها روی یك توپ ارسالی و اشتباه وحید طالب لو و مدافعان توانستند گل تساوی را بزنند و با یك امتیاز شیرین ورزشگاه ازادی را ترك كنند.

بله.. تیم ملی كشورمان در برابر سوریه تن به تساوی 1-1 داد.
سوالات بی شماری درباره ی تركیب و سیستم تیم ملی پس از این بازی در ذهن ما به وجود امده است... به راستی چرا یك هافبك خلاق از ابتدا در تركیب قرار نگرفت؟؟چرا شكوری جانشین كعبی در سمت راست شد؟؟چرا سیاوش اكبرپور از ابتدا در تركیب تیم ملی قرار نگرفت؟؟چرا در یك بازی باید سیستم تیم ملی دچار این همه تغییر شود و ده ها چرا و پرسش دیگر كه بدون شك كليد پاسخ همه ي اين سوالات در دستان امير قلعه نويي است...

تيم ملي فوتبال ايران در اولين ديدار جدي خود به رهبري امير قلعه نويي توانست امارات را با تك گل رضا عنايتي شكست دهد.
پيش بيني مي شد امير قلعه نويي در اين ديدار از سيستم 2-5-3 و يا 3-4-3 استفاده كند اما امير قلعه نويي سيستم 2-4-4 را براي تيم ملي كشورمان در اين ديدار انتخاب كرده بود. سيستمي كه به نظر مي رسد به سيستم اصلي تيم ملي كشورمان نيز تبديل شود.
سيستمي كه امير قلعه نويي در ورزشگاه ازادي به نمايش گذاشت دقيقا مشابه سيستم مورد علاقه دون فابيو كاپلو مربي بزرگ و نام اشناي فوتبال جهان است.كاپلو اين سيستم را در يووه به اجرا گذاشته بود و اينك در پي ان است تا اين سيستم را در سانتياگوبرنابئو نيز به اجرا بگذارد...

ويژگي هاي اين سيستم
سيستم 2-4-4 كه امير قلعه نويي در ديدار روز گذشته به اجرا گذاشت نياز به دو مدافع كاملا نفوذي در جناحين دارد.در ميانه ي ميدان يك هافبك دفاعي و يك هافبك هجومي حضور دارند كه مكمل يكديگر هستند. از دو مهاجم نيز يك مهاجم در نوك قرار مي گيرد و مهاجم ديگر نزديك به خط هافبك كار مي كند و در واقع مهاجم ازاد است. اين سيستم نياز به بازيكنان سرعتي در خط هافبك دارد ؛ هافبك هايي پا به توپ كه بتوانند از جناحين و مركز خط دفاع حريف نفوذ كنند.

اناليز خط به خط تيم ملي
در درون دروازه بدون شك وحيد طالب لو بهترين گزينه است. طالب لو دروازه بان جوان و اينده داري است كه بدون شك سال ها مي تواند در درون دروازه ايران بدرخشد.
در خط دفاع و در سمت راست در ديدار با امارات هادي شكوري انجام وظيفه مي كرد. همان طور كه در بالا گفته شد اين سيستم نياز به مدافعاني سرعتي دارد كه توانايي نفوذ را داشته باشند اما هادي شكوري مدافعي است كه بيشتر در كارهاي تدافعي تخصص دارد. به نظر مي رسد حسين كعبي همچنان بهترين گزينه در اين پست باشد.
در ميانه ي خط دفاع در ديدار مقابل امارات فكري و صادقي انجام وظيفه كردند. به نظر مي رسد حضور رحمان رضايي و صادقي در كنار يكديگر منطقي تر باشد. فكري مدافعي قدرتمند است اما به نظر نمي رسد توانايي ايستادگي در مقابل مهاجمان سرعتي كره و ژاپن و امثالهم را داشته باشد.
در سمت چپ خط دفاعي در ديدار مقابل امارات نيكبخت واحدي حضور داشت. اين موضوع نشان مي دهد كه امير قلعه نويي سيستم تيمش را به خوبي شناخته است. نيكبخت مي تواند با توجه به نياز اين سيستم به مدافعان نفوذي نقش دفاع چپ را در تيم ملي بازي كند. البته نيكبخت نياز به زمان زيادي دارد. ديگر گزينه هاي اين پست نصرتي و زارع هستند كه متاسفانه هر دو مورد بازيكناني تدافعي هستند و به كار قلعه نويي نمي ايند اما ميثم منيعي نيز توانايي بازي در اين پست را دارد. بايد ديد قلعه نويي براي اين پست چه تدبيري خواهد انديشيد.
در خط مياني و در سمت راست بدون شك مهدي مهدوي كيا بهترين گزينه است.
در ميانه ي ميدان حسين كاظمي البته هافبك دفاعي خوبي است اما بدون شك جواد نكونام مي تواند بهتر از او در خط هافبك دفاعي عمل كند. هافبك هجومي ما نيز بدون شك علي كريمي است. علي كريمي که به نظر مي رسد در این فصل در بايرن نيز همين نقش را ایفا كند.
در سمت چپ خط مياني مهرزاد معدنجي به نظر مي رسد بهترين گزينه باشد. نيكبخت و معدنچي مي توانند زوج خوبي را در سمت چپ تيم ملي ايران تشكل دهند.
در خط حمله سياوش اكبرپور مي تواند به عنوان مهاجم ازاد عمل كند. او بارها و بارها شايستگي هايش را در اين پست نشان داده است.
اما مهاجم نوك... سخت ترين انتخاب قلعه نويي بدون شك در همين پست خواهد بود. هاشميان و عنايتي هر دو مهاجماني خوب و قابلي هستند اما به نظر مي رسد وحيد هاشميان انتخابي بهتر باشد.

امير قلعه نويي با توجه به توانايي هاي ملي پوشان سيستم خوبي را انتخاب كرده است. اميدواريم امير قلعه نويي بتواند با اين سيستم تيمي خوب و يكدست را روانه ي بازي ها كند...

جناب سر مربي فرموده اند: كه شما دراينده نه چندان دور شاهد يك فوتبال زيباي ايراني(!) خواهيد بود.

نگارنده به عنوان يكي از طرفداران فوتبال زيبا كه بعضآ نتيجه را فداي اين زيبايي ميكند مي*********پرسد: مختصات این فوتبال ناب ایرانی چیست؟فوتبال ناب ایرانی در فوتبال جهان چه جایگاهی دارد؟كارنامه اش چیست؟
اگر ما ادعا میكنیم كه كشتی ناب ایرانی داریم به ان علت است كه مهد كشتی هستیم! فنون خاص خود را داریم و از همه مهمتر در كشتی جهان محلی از اعراب برایمان وجود دارد اما هر چه گشتیم و پرس و جو كردیم نفهمیدیم فوتبال ایرانی دیگر چه صیغه ای است؟؟؟


البته با اندكی تفكر شاید به این نتیجه گیری برسیم كه همان فوتبال سنتی كه از زمان اوفارل برای ما به میراث مانده فوتبال ناب ایرانی است! كه شاگردان اوفارل انها را به شاگردانشان اموخته اند!
همان فوتبالی كه دو پیستون دارد و با یك سوئیپر بازی میشود! خودمانی ترش همان فوتبال سانتری، 2-5-3 است كه اكثر مربیان سنتی ایرانی ((كه انها هم از مربیان وقت خود در 30 سال پیش اموخته اند)) ارادت خاصی به ان دارند! البته باید یك نمره بیست به جناب مربی بدهیم كه عوام فریبی نكرده و واقعیت را به گونه ای زیبابرای ما باز گو كرده اند!
با بازگشت مربیان قدیمی و مدیران قدیمی باید هم فوتبالمان قدیمی شود! اسمش را هم میگذاریم فوتبال ایرانی چرا كه به حق دیگر در كمتر جایی از جهان چنین فوتبالی دیده میشود!
بحث 2-4-4 مدرن و یا3 -3-4 هم بماند برای همان مربیان خارجی كه چیزی از فوتبال زیبای ایرانی نمیدانند!
تفكر سنتی كه دیگر شاخ و دم ندارد!
مثل همان گزارشگر قدیمی سیما كه هر گاه دفاع خطی ریكارد را میبیند عنوان میكند اصلآ اعتمادی به دفاع بدون عمق نیست و بعداز هر گل خورده بلند اعلام میدارد :
كه دیدید حق با بنده بود و دفاع خطی معتمد نیست! اما ای كاش همان سنتیها نتیجه دفاع و فوتبال مدرن ریكاردها را می دیدند و انگاه بلند فریاد سر میدادند كه حق با ما بود!
نتیجه گیری اخلاقی: از ان رو كه فوتبال ناب ایرانی(!) تقریبآ بیست سالی نسبت به فوتبال مدرن خارجی تاخیر فاز دارد احتمالا در سال 1405 شمسی مربی وقت تیم ملی اقای " اندو تیموریان " كه كمكهایش جناب قلعه نوعی و میثاقیان هستند عنوان میدارد: ما با تاكتیك ناب ایرانی كه همان 3-3-4 مدرن(!) ا
