    Recipe Summary:

    Cups of Fruits and Vegetables Per Person: 1


    Ingredients: 1 cup fat free milk
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    2 cups mango, sliced
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups ice

    Directions: Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

          fekr mikonam acide abe porteghal shir o bebore, or the taste will be odd because of it, but dunno 4 sure.
