    If you live alone and you don't like to cook very much, now is the time to try an easier way to eat and not complicate your life.

    Steps

    Go to the supermarket. Buy things that you can put in the microwave and fresh food. Most of them you can find at Deli store, where the food is already prepared. If there is a Trader Joe's near you, they also have an excellent selection of prepared, frozen entrees.

    Go to a food court when you are hungry. Look for healthier food like chowder, chinese food or natural subs.

    Go to stores that are nearby your house when you don't have anything to eat. Buy more than you will need for just one meal. That way you won't have to go to the store too often.

    Make some friends. They may invite you to their house for dinner together.

    Go to restaurants with friends for fun, not just when you don't have any food. You will pay less for your food if you go Dutch.


    Tips

    When you are in the supermarket, buy fresh food, such as salads, they are all good for you. For the microwave you could buy pizzas, waffles, or other stuff you like but be careful, because many of these things are not good for your health.

    If you are in the food court, look for salads, chicken, sushi, baguettes, tacos.

    Have good fiends that like to cook.

    You should walk most of the time or excersise.


    Warnings

    You could get overweight if you only eat junk or snack foods.

    You may spend a lot of money if you eat in restaurants too often.
