I did not understand what you mean whith I am citizen but not naturalized...
citizenship is done by birth or by immigrating which is citizen by naturalization.
If you are born then you do not need to do nanything just your bith certificate is your document.
But if you migrated here then you have to fill in lots of papers and it takes time due to security reasons.
The forms are easy to fill in but time consuming.

It seems that through your parents you are citizen and do not need to do anything. If you have a passport(USA) , then you have to be considered a citizen.
