در تالار تئاتر اپرا و باله شهر دوشنبه دومین جشنواره بین المللی مد به عنوان "دیار حسن" به مناسبت روز پایتخت تاجیکستان، 2700 سالگی شهر کولاب و بزرگداشت تمدن آریایی برگزار شد.
در این جشنواره طراحان لباس از نواحی مختلف تاجیکستان و کشورهای آسیای مرکزی، بخصوص قرقیزستان، ترکمنستان، ازبکستان و افغانستان آفریده های هنری خود را به نمایش گذاشتند.
