I've always noticed that Iranian teams don't do so well in team sports. We seem to do well in individual competitions such as Chess, wrestling, weight lifting, math contests, etc.

In team sports, we seem to have such talented players individually, but overall we don't seem to come out...

How do you guys think we should encrourage true persian culture and behaviour to iranians in iran and outside of iran also persians around the world instead of letting them get westernized?
