Indian Man Marries Dog

An Indian man who believed he had been cursed for stoning to death two dogs has atoned for his sin by marrying another dog in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony.

P. Selvakumar, a 33-year-old farm labourer from the southern state of Tamil Nadu, married the four-year-old stray bitch after it was bathed and processed to his village temple dressed in an orange sari and garlanded with flowers.

به گزارش گروه حوادث ايسنا «سلواکومار» 33 ساله هدف از ازدواج خود با سگ ماده را پرداخت کفاره مرگ دو سگي عنوان كرد كه وي به طرف آنها سنگي پرتاپ كرده و موجب مرگشان شده بود.

مرد هندي معتقد است با اين عمل، گناه وي بخشوده خواهد شد.

سگ ماده را خانواده «سلواکومار» براي وي انتخاب كرده بودند و پس از حمام کردن و پوشاندن ساري نارنجي رنگ زنانه به تنش، فرزندشان را براي مراسم ازدواج روز يکشنبه آماده کردند. سپس اين مراسم را جشن گرفته و عروس نيز از کيک مخصوص خورد.

اين داماد در گفت*وگو با روزنامه*ها گفت: از 15 سال پيش و زماني که با پرتاب سنگ، دو سگ را کشته و آنها را به درخت آويزان کرده بود، عذاب وجدان داشته است.

وي گفت: از آن زمان به بعد دستها و پاهاي من فلج شده و يکي از گوش*هايم نيز شنوايي خود را از دست داده است. با اين ازدواج مي*خواهم خود را شفا دهم.

گفتني است در بسياري از روستاهاي هند، ازدواج با سگ و ديگر حيوانات با اعتقاد به بخشيده شدن گناه و رهايي از نفرين، رواج دارد.

Mr Selvakumar is not the first man to have hit the headlines for having romantic relations with animals.

Last year a Sudanese man was forced to marry a goat after village elders discovered him having sex with her. The goat died shortly afterwards.

first of all he isn't having any romance with the dog like the sudanese , wrong fact. These type of things happen to just clear the bad times, no relationship continues afterwards, yes its weird and it will happen again coz how do u think an astrologer survives in this world?
