2 large tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups)

4 carrots, shredded (about 2 cups)

1/2 cup KRAFT CALORIE-WISE RANCHER'S CHOICE Dressing



TOSS all ingredients in large bowl.


SPOON onto 4 serving plates.
