Confused

i have a guy that I am dating. Hes the one who liked me first and he went after me but he said hes not ready for a girlfriend. I thought he wanted to be just friends but then two days later he kissed me. Since then we have sort of been romantically involved but I dont know if we are boyfriend and girlfriend or not. He's always like I don't know what we are but I know we're more than friends. But he calls me his woman and says that we are in a realtionship and he doesn't want me to date other guys. He even said he loved me. He even changed his status on myspace to in a relatiionship. But he never officially asked me out so I don't know I am confused

its a she indian blues, and she is dating a guy, yes u are bf/gf when you are in a relationship, there are so many ways of putting it, like, dating, romantically involved, seeing eachother, going out etc

first I'm from india and i still really dont understand behind the concept of girlfriend/boyfriend. Ist a girlfriend is a friend who is a girl or a gal who is a lover of a guy? then y not calling her love istead of gf?..orrr...gf/bf is the intermediate relationship between a friend and a love??? Im just confused??? i think its totally wrong to call gf/bf....y not LOVE? ...as simple as it is.

well in the western world, gf/bf can mean either its a love relationship or they are just using eachother 4 u know what lol, there is also the type of bf/gf on a platonic level, but one has to elaborate it when u are telling someone, so they don't confuse the 2 of you going out with eachother. hope this helps clarify it a bit

you are technically bf/gf persian sugar. if he calls you his woman and wants to be exclusive (meaning he doesnt want you seeing other guys), then he is serious about the relationship. some people just dont like the label bf/gf, or maybe he is going to surprize you somehow and let you know you are bf/gf in a more obvious manner.
