I've never had a girlfriend(you can tell I'm sure) and I'm working my way through college to become a doctor. There are no Iranian girls in my area where I know of (since I moved from Arlington to Irving, Texas) because I never go out and I'm stuck at home day and night. Anyhow I'll get to the point, I want to talk to girls who have dignity and looks. I'm a damn fool for posting such a thread.

i just transfered to a new university and i know exactly how you feel, i don't have many friends, and i don't go out too much either.
but i tried to find my highschool friends and get in touch with them. and i found a few of them. so i started hanging out with them. and i go to parties and clubs and meet new people

you just have to try to find your old friends and get in touch with them because that's a good way to meet new people while you are still in your comfort zone. you can't find new friends by staying in your bubble. you have to be a little "poroo" and get out, talk to people in your class, and start meeting people.

and the best way to find old friends is through facebook and myspace....

its not quantity its quality. you may not have many iranian girls there in texas, but there has to be one who is good and fits your personality. Jose brings up Irvine, and he is right there are plenty of iranis here, but you have to look at quality and the quality SUCKS. try to not only look for looks, alot of great opportunities are missed because we judge people by their appearance. all i am saying is give the person a chance, maybe she is having a bad hair day or something
