    • Photographer Arrested at Maddox's School

A celebrity photographer was arrested Thursday after he was found hiding in the bushes outside a daycare center attended by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son, Maddox.

Clint Brewer, 25, was trying to take pictures of the 4-year-old, Pitt's publicist, Cindy Guagenti, tells the Associated Press.

It was not clear whether Maddox or either of his parents were present at the time.

The owner of the Malibu property that houses the daycare center made a citizen's arrest, according to Lt. Crystal Miranda of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Brewer was then detained by a security guard for Pitt and Jolie at about 10:30 a.m. before being arrested on suspicion of trespassing and jailed briefly by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies, Reuters reports. He was released on $1,000 bail.

According to a sheriff's spokesperson, he will be ordered to appear in court to face the trespassing charge, a misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of a year in county jail.

Jolie, Pitt and their children returned to Malibu last week after Jolie, 31, gave birth to daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt in Namibia on May 27. The couple are also parents to daughter Zahara, 17 months.

Both children's surnames were legally changed to Jolie-Pitt in December after Pitt, 42, announced his intention to adopt them.

Tori Spelling made peace with her father, TV titan Aaron Spelling, before his death Friday from complications from a stroke.

"I'm grateful I recently had the opportunity to reconcile with my father and most grateful we had the chance to tell each other we loved one another before he passed away," she tells PEOPLE exclusively.

"It's a true blessing to have had a parent that loved me unconditionally. He had a heart as big as his talent and today, along with many others, I mourn his loss. He was a great man and even better father."

                  • Priest: Nicole & Keith Have 'Mature Love'

Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman, who will marry country singer Keith Urban this weekend in Sydney, may have at last found true love, said the Catholic priest who will perform the ceremony.

Jesuit Father Paul Coleman, who met the couple this week to discuss their marriage, expected on Sunday, said he had a "good feeling about their chances."

Coleman said Kidman, 39, and Urban, 38, had a "mature love."

"You've got to rely on their maturity and knowledge of each other, and I'm impressed," the priest told Australian media on Friday.

Coleman said he would lecture the couple on the secret of keeping love alive. "Make time for each other, do romantic things together and never part without kissing," he said.

Kidman, who won a 2002 Academy Award for her role in the film The Hours, had a very public divorce from actor Tom Cruise in 2001, ending their 10-year marriage. The two have remained friends, sharing custody of their two children.

Kidman and Urban, both Australians but born overseas, met in 2005 at an awards dinner held by the Australian government in Los Angeles honoring the two of them.

They arrived in Sydney on Monday, saying they were to marry, sparking a paparazzi frenzy to gain a photograph of the couple and discover their wedding venue.

Kidman installed security at her Sydney harborside home, but has remained accessible, delivering a daily photo opportunity. She and Urban even sent the paparazzi case of cold beer.

But the paparazzi have not been so friendly toward each other, with two photographers fighting outside a Sydney children's hospital Kidman was visiting.

By Friday, most media outlets had agreed the venue must be Cardinal Cerretti Memorial Chapel inside the old St Patrick's Catholic seminary overlooking Manly Beach.

The reason? A large white marquee had been erected during the week. But there was no official confirmation.

What was revealed was that the wedding will be a simple affair. "It's a simple Catholic marriage and will not be overly long. It will be inside an hour," said Coleman, who has been a friend of the Kidman family for 30 years.

"It will be the traditional prayers, quite simple, but very sincere," Coleman told The Australian newspaper.

The Sydney Morning Herald said a source close to the wedding had revealed that the statuesque blonde Kidman's dress would be minimalist, white, with a hint of old-world romance.

The Australian newspaper said a Sydney Symphony Orchestra quartet would play as Kidman walked down the aisle, while The Daily Telegraph said Urban would serenade his new wife.

Urban won a Grammy in 2006 for best male country vocal performance on the song "You'll Think of Me."

Guests include Naomi Watts, star of King Kong and longtime Kidman friend, X-Men star Hugh Jackman's wife Deborra-Lee Furness and possibly Russell Crowe. Kidman's children, Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11, will be bridesmaid and usher.

                    • Patricia Arquette, Thomas Jane Get Married

Emmy-winning Medium star Patricia Arquette tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, actor Thomas Jane, this past weekend, the actress's rep tells PEOPLE.

"It was a small, intimate celebration with close family," says Arquette's spokesperson. They were wed at the Palazzo Contarini in Venice, Italy.

The couple first became engaged in 2002 and have a 3-year-old daughter, Harlow Olivia Calliope.

This is the second marriage for both. Jane, 37, was previously married to actress Aysha Hauer, the daughter of Rutger Hauer. The actor's credits include roles in The Punisher, Under Suspicion and Magnolia.

Arquette, 38, has a 17-year-old son, Enzo, from a relationship with musician Paul Rossi. She was also wed to Nicolas Cage, though nine months after their 1995 wedding they reportedly separated, only to continue appearing in public together as a couple.

In 1996, two months after their split, lawyers drew up legal separation papers for the Cages, though their divorce was not finalized until 1998.

                      • Frasier's Best Friend 'Eddie' Dies

Moose, the feisty Jack Russell terrier who played Eddie for 10 years on TV's Frasier, has died, his trainer Mathilde Halberg tells PEOPLE.

"He was 16-and-a-half years old, and he just had an incredible charisma and was a such a free spirit," said Halberg. Moose, considered the Lassie of the '90s, died Thursday night of old age at Halberg's Los Angeles-area home.

Moose retired from showbiz when he was 10, and, although he also played a starring role in the 2000 Frankie Muniz-Kevin Bacon feature My Dog Skip (as the older Skip), he was best known for stealing scenes from Kelsey Grammer on the long-running Emmy-winning NBC sitcom.

"He was always trying to put Frasier in uncomfortable circumstances," said his trainer, who had rescued him in the early 1990s.

"I saved him from the pound. His owners called me as a last resort," Halberg recalled. "He was extremely mischievous, always escaping, chewing up things and running off. When he killed a neighbor's cat and chased some horses, that was it."

Not that anyone who owns a Jack Russell would find such behavior surprising. "But then," remembered his trainer, "he began his career, and he will never be forgotten."

NASCAR racer Jeff Gordon is engaged to Belgian model Ingrid Vandebosch, PEOPLE reports in its new issue.

Gordon, 34, and Vandebosch reportedly met on the set of the movie Taxi, in which Vandebosch played a bank robber and Gordon made an unbilled cameo appearance.

                              • Lost's Emilie de Ravin Weds

Lost star Emilie de Ravin married actor Josh Janowicz on Monday in Melbourne, Australia, PEOPLE has confirmed.

This is the first marriage for de Ravin and Janowicz, both 24. The couple met "through friends," de Ravin told PEOPLE in March, "which is the best way to meet someone, isn't it? We've been together nearly four years."

De Ravin added that she'd always wanted a small wedding. "I'd never have a large wedding," she said. "That's not the kind of person either of us is. We're both quite low-key people."

Indeed, De Ravin's rep, Jeff Raymond, tells PEOPLE that to his knowledge, none of her Lost castmates were present at the couple's intimate nuptials.

An Australia native, de Ravin lives in Los Angeles with Janowicz and commutes to Lost's Oahu, Hawaii, set.
L.A. is where my life is right now," she told PEOPLE last year. "We have a house together, we have dogs. I'm a real homebody, so it means a lot to me to be home. Everyone (at the show) is very understanding. They know if they were in my situation they would do the same thing."

Both actors recently had roles in indie films, De Ravin in Brick and Janowicz in The Chumscrubber.
