if they had recognize hamas and start working with them and talking with them they would have come to recogniz Israel too! but with boycotting palestinian and make them even more poor and suffer more they killed those liberal and reformist voices in hamas! if you can remember there was alot of talking inside hamas to respect old agreements and recognizing israel but now by boycotting them they have made hard line hamasis in power!

you have to remember who hamas is
if they have to think about a two state solution what does that tell you
and majority of the hamas leaders are against it how reliable is that in peace

lets be realistic people in hamas didn't come to there ideas over night and they are not going to change overnight they have invested tomuch time money and blood to just overnight start recognizing israel

and plus what other concessions or appeasment can israel make to hamas there is non left especialy when the major ones didnt do anything

but giving land over night can happen
there has been Palestinian self government since 1993

the us government is behind FATAH both with arms and cash the EU is behind theme the EU and the rest of the world is ready even Israel is ready.
pluse the UN would most likely be willing to supply troops

also let me ask you didn't literately over night pulled out of GAZA.
This is considering Israel left the settlement infrastructure intact which was much much better than the rest of GAZA.

plus what real form of self government was there when israel took over

US has already said it will lift embargo
and Israel has weekend hamas so much in the west bank that it will be easy for fatah to keep on to the westbank

ابومازن بخشنامه تشکیل دولت فوق العاده را امضا کرد

رئیس تشکیلات خودگردان فلسطین شب گذشته بخشنامه تایید تشکیل دولت فوق العاده فلسطین را امضا کرد و قرار است امروز رسما مسئولیت این دولت به سلام فیاض سپرده شود.

به نقل از خبرگزاری فرانسه، این اقدام رئیس تشکیلات خودگردان فلسطین درحالی صورت گرفت که درادامه درگیری ها بین طرفداران حماس و فتح ، وی پنجشنبه 24 خرداد، "اسماعیل هنیه" نخست وزیر دولت وحدت ملی فلسطین را از کاربرکنار کرد و "سلام فیاض" را مامور تشکیل کابینه کرد.

براساس آخرین گزارش ها دولت فوق العاده فلسطین متشکل از 12 عضو است که از کارشناسان مستقل هستند و "سلام فیاض" مسئولیت وزارت دارایی را نیز برعهده دارد.

قراراست ساعت 13امروز یکشنبه به وقت محلی رسما مسئولیت دولت فوق العاده به "سلام فیاض" سپرده شود.

"محمود عباس" رييس حكومت خودگردان فلسطين، براي قانوني كردن دولت اضطراري ، سه بند قانون اساسي فلسطين را به حالت تعليق در آورد.

به گزارش ايرنا از بيروت ، محمود عباس بامداد روز يكشنبه با صدور فرماني با استناد به فصل هفتم قانون اساسي فلسطين كه در سال ۲۰۰۳ميلادي تصويب شده است، عمل به بندهاي ۶۶ ،۶۵و ۶۷قانون اساسي را به حالت تعليق در آورد.

بندهاي به تعليق درآمده مربوط به ضرورت گرفتن راي اعتماد كابينه از مجلس فلسطين است.

با لغو مواد ياد شده ، دولت اضطراري فلسطين كه قرار است امروز در برابر محمود عباس سوگند ياد كند نياز به راي اعتماد مجلس فلسطين ندارد و همزمان واشنگتن وعده داد كه با تشكيل دولت اضطراري محاصره اقتصادي را از كرانه باختري برمي دارد.

محمود عباس روز پنجشنبه گذشته با صدور سه فرمان ، دولت وحدت ملي را منحل ، اسماعيل هنيه نخست وزير دولت وفاق ملي را بركنار و حالت فوق*العاده در فلسطين اعلام كرد.

"احمد بحر" جانشين رييس مجلس قانونگذاري فلسطين در اظهاراتي روز شنبه در غزه گفت كه در قانون اساسي فلسطين دولتي موسوم به اضطراري وجود ندارد و ماده ۶۷قانون اساسي تاكيد دارد كه دولت جديد بايد از مجلس راي اعتماد بگيرد.

وي افزود: دولت اضطراري فلسطين به دليل نگرفتن راي اعتماد از مجلس قانوني نيست و تنها دولت "اسماعيل هنيه" كه از مجلس فلسطين راي اعتماد گرفته قانوني است.

استقبال اسراییل از کابینه بدون حماس در فلسطین


اولمرت گفت کنار گذاشتن حماس فرصت های بیشتری را فراهم خواهد کرد

ایهود المرت نخست وزیر اسرائیل وجود کابینه فلسطینی تازه که فاقد اعضای حزب حماس است را باعث تقویت چشم انداز صلح در خاورمیانه دانسته است.

آقای المرت با تاکید بر اینکه کنار گذاشتن حماس فرصت های بیشتری را فراهم خواهد کرد گفت اسرائیل کابینه جدید را همتای مناسبی می داند.

قرار است مراسم تحلیف کابینه جدید به رهبری فتح در حضور محمود عباس رییس تشکیلات خودگردان فلسطینی برگزار شود.

آمریکا می گوید به محض اینکه کابینه جدید قدرت را به دست بگیرد تحریم های خود علیه این تشکیلات را لغو خواهد کرد.

جیکوب والیس، سرکنسول آمریکا در رام الله، اعلام کرد بعد از کابینه جدید هیچ مانعی بر سر راه تعامل با دولت جدید فلسطینی نخواهد بود و این دولت از حمایت کامل آمریکا برخوردار خواهد بود.

بر اساس گزارش ها شنبه شب آقای عباس فرمانی را امضا کرده که بر اساس آن می تواند از پارلمان را دور بزند و بدون گرفتن رای اعتماد کابینه جدید را منصوب کند.

جنبش حماس این اقدام را غیرقانونی خوانده است.

آقای عباس روز پنجشنبه، در پی کشته شدن بیش از 100 نفر بر اثر درگیری هواداران فتح و حماس در غزه، اسماعیل هنیه نخست وزیر فلسطینی را برکنار کرد.

کمی پس از آن جنبش حماس اعلام کرد کنترل کامل غزه را در دست دارد و نیروهای مسلح هوادار این جنبش دفاتر سازمان فتح را در اختیار دارند و جنگجویان آن را کشته اند.

دو گروه برای مدت کوتاهی ، پس از پیروزی قابل توجه حماس در انتخابات ژانویه گذشته، دولت ائتلافی تشکیل دادند.

با این همه به دلیل به رسمیت شناخته نشدن اسراییل توسط حماس، کمک های خارجی به تشکیلات فلسطینی که به مثابه آب حیات برای اداره دولت است قطع شد.

روز شنبه درگیری های خشونت بار بین دو گروه رقیب فلسطینی از غزه به سوی کرانه باختری گسترش یافت ، جایی که سازمان فتح قدرت غالب را در اختیار دارد.

فلسطين در گيومه در نوار غربي، بطور کامل آمريکايی و اسرائيلی است. رئيس جمهورش برگزيده آمريکاست. اخيرا يکی از کارکنان بانک جهانی به نام سالم فياض را به عنوان نخست وزير آن برگمارده اند که قبلا او را به زور به ياسر عرفات تحميل کرده بودند و منتخب آمريکاست و اميدوارند او به خواست دولت های غربی فساد گسترده دولت فلسطين در گيومه را مهار کند. اين در حالی است که اعضای اين دولت که برخی از آنها مثل دجلان مامور شناخته شده موساد اسرائيل هستند خود سرمايه داران گردن کلفت و دزدهای سابقه دار سازمان آزادی بخش هستند. تمامی اين دولت هم با اشغال فلسطين توسط اسرائيل و بالا کشيدن زمين ها از طريق مسکن سازی و انتقال يهوديان جهان به آنها و در عوض عدم بازگشت فلسطينی ها و ديوار کشی و کلا تصميمات يک جانبه اسرائيل در عمل موافقت کرده است. نيروی نظامی اين دولت را هم رسما - نه بطور پنهانی - آمريکا و اسرائيل مسلح و تامين مالی کرده اند تا جنگ داخلی در فلسطين راه بيندازد و شيوخ و ديکتاتورهای عرب هم از آن حمايت ميکنند، هرچند در اعلاميه اتحاديه عرب سعی کرده اند ظاهر را حفظ کنند و ادعا ميکنند از يک طرف حمايت نمی کنند.

در فلسطين حذف شده که به زندان بزرگ غزه معروف است حماس کنترل داخلی زندان را موقتا يعنی تا حمله نظامی بعدی اسرائيل برعهده گرفته که هم در انتخابات پيروز شده و هم در جنگ داخلی پس از يک درگيری خونين و وحشيانه بين دو دسته ميليشيا پيروز شده است، اما نه پول دارد نه ارتش و کلا دعوا بر سر تعيين گارد داخلی زندان است و گرنه مجموعه فلسطين در هر دو طرف نه اختيار، نه اقتصاد، نه ارتش، نه مرز، نه سرزمين به هم پيوسته و نه حاکميتی از خود ندارند. مضحک تر از همه اين که گفته ميشود آمريکا ميخواهد با ريختن پول در ساحل غربی در انتخابات آينده برای عباس رای جمع کند! اين هم نوعی انتخابات و دمکراسی است.مردم ايران فکر ميکنند فقط انتخابات های رژيم اسلامی مضحک است. در فلسطين ميخواهند با گرسنگی دادن ، کشتار، بمباران، به راکت بستن ، بچه کشي، مردم را وادار کنند روی ورقه رای همان را بنويسند که آمريکا و اسرائيل ودول متحد آنها ميخواهند. بالاخره هم از خير انتخابات قبل از برگماری گذشتند و تصميم گرفته اند بعد از برگماری دولت برای آن انتخابات بگذارند!
اما جالب تر از اين هم برای شنيدن باقی مانده است: بعد از همه اينها آيا اسرائيل و دولت آينده که احتمالا به دست باراک خواهد افتاد، حاضر هست دولت دست نشانده خود در فلسطين در گيومه را به رسميت بشناسد؟ اغلب ناظران حتی به اين سوال هم پاسخ نه داده اند.
باز هم مضحک تر مانده است: اتحاديه عرب گفته است ميخواهد يک کميته حقيقت ياب تشکيل دهد؟! آيا واقعا کسی هست که در جريان وقايع فلسطين باشد و حقيقت را نداند. برای دانستن حقيقت ديگر لازم نيست به منابع مستقل مراجعه کرد. حتی رسانه های انحصاری که هرنوع استقلال بی بهره اند مدت هاست که از سيل اسلحه و پول که به کمک آمريکا و اسرائيل به هوادران عباس داده ميشود گزارش ميدهند، آنهم بعد از عدم پذيرش نتايج انتخابات دمکراتيک و بعد از يک تحريم جهانی که کودکان را از اسهال و مريض ها را در بيمارستان ها می کشد و بعد از حملات پی در پی اسرائيل با بمب و راکت و بولدوزور. حتی در مورد جزئيات حوادث اخير نشريه ای مثل اکونوميست که نمی توان آن را به هواداری از اسلام گراها متهم کرد نوشته است:بعد از اينکه سربازان گارد رياست جمهوري، محمود عباس از فتح، خانه اسماعيل هنيه نخست وزير را به راکت بستند، حماس به حمله سراسری دست زد، نيروهای قتح را از پايگاه های شان بيرون کرد و چندين افسر ارشد آن را کشت.

ترديدی نيست که حماس نيرويی با يک ايدئولوژی ارتجاعی است، اما توجيه همه جناياتی که عليه مردم فلسطين ميشود و توجيه نقض تمام قوانين بين المللی و اصول دمکراسی با ايدئولوژی ارتجاعی حماس، ماهيتا سياستی نه فقط ضد دمکراتيک بلکه شبه فاشيستی است که جهان را به قرون وسطی بر ميگرداند و بيش از همه نيروهای بنياد گرا رای اسلامی را در پايه نيرومند ميکند. بعلاوه نيرويی که غرب در مقابل حماس از آن دفاع ميکند علاوه بر اينکه ارتجاعی است، دزد وفاسد و دست نشانده هم هست. سرکوب يک ملت در دفاع از چنين نيرويی به بهانه ماهيت ارتجاعی يک نيروی ديگر، بطور طبيعی آن مردم و آن نيروی ارتجاعی را به هم پيوند ميدهد.

ISRAEL is reportedly drawing up plans to attack Gaza within weeks to crush the Hamas militants who have taken control. The plan calls for 20,000 troops.

The raid would be triggered by Hamas rocket attacks against Israel or a resumption of suicide bombings.

Former Prime Minister Ehud Barak, who is expected to become the new defence minister this week, has reportedly demanded detailed plans to deploy two armoured divisions and an infantry division, accompanied by assault drones and F-16 jets, against Hamas.

The Israeli forces would expect to be confronted by about 12,000 well-armed Hamas fighters.

Details of the plan emerged as Hamas cemented its control over Gaza, seizing weapons from the pro-Fatah security services they routed in the territory, where even the home of revered Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat became a looting target.

Witnesses said looters had ransacked Arafat's Gaza home, making off with the late president's personal belongings.

"They stole almost everything inside the house, including Arafat's Nobel Peace Prize medal," said Fatah spokesman Ahmed Abdel Rahman.

"Hamas militiamen and gangsters blew up the main entrance to the house before storming it. They stole many of Arafat's documents and files, gifts he had received from world leaders and even his military outfits."

Eyewitnesses said dozens of Palestinians participated in the raid. "Most of the looters were just ordinary citizens," they said. "They stole almost everything, including furniture, tiles, water pipes, closets and beds."

Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas was last night set to swear in a new Cabinet in the West Bank, further sealing the divide sparked off by the bloody seizure of the Gaza Strip by his Islamist rivals.

Palestinian officials hope the creation of an emergency Cabinet without Hamas will lead to the lifting of a crippling Western aid boycott, and Israel has already said it will work with the new government.
