here is another way of looking at why some countreies should have nukes

nukes are good becuase we all want peace

to day people have the strench to do war
can afford to do war but they dont becuase of nukes
so nuke is a deterent
than if it is a deterent it is a good
so thank g-d USA has a nuke

latley i know i have been saying humans are insane and humanity is brutal
but man read some hisory of the romans and the greeks
its nothing like today
they killed for fun

so nukes are good and i wasn the us to have nukes
infact it is not a bad idea for israel to have nukes i think it is more peacful having nukes than anyother reselution
we all know that every one of those arab nations if they could take on the israelis they would do it in an instont and the nuke is the deterent for that we should be thankfull that somany soldirs and civillian arnt dieng because of deterent.

تكذيب خبر احتمال آزمايش اتمي دوم كره*شمالي


مقامهاي آمريكا، كره جنوبي و ژاپن گزارش*هاي منتشر شده درباره تدارك كره*شمالي براي انجام يك آزمايش اتمي ديگر را نادرست دانستند.



به نقل از خبرگزاري آسوشيتدپرس، شبكه تلويزيوني "اي*بي*سي نيوز" آمريكا روز پنج شنبه خبر داده بود كه كره شمالي در تدارك انجام آزمايش اتمي ديگري است. اين گزارش با استناد به سخنان يك مقام وزارت دفاع آمريكا كه نخواست نامش فاش شود، منتشر شده بود.

اما سخنگوي وزارت امورخارجه كره جنوبي روز شنبه اعلام كرد كه تا به حال هيچ نشانه*اي دال بر آماده شدن كره*شمالي براي آزمايش اتمي ديگر وجود ندارد.

"سونگ مين*سون"، وزير امور خارجه كره جنوبي نيز كه در حال ديدار از آمريكاست، در واشنگتن طي كنفرانس خبري مشتركي با كاندوليزا رايس، همتاي آمريكايي خود به خبرنگاران گفت نشانه*اي در اين زمينه مشاهده نشده است.

اين در حالي است كه خانم رايس نيز اعلام كرد تغيير مهمي در اوضاع كنوني درباره كره شمالي ايجاد نشده است.

رايس در عين حال هشدار داد: انجام آزمايش اتمي دوم، انزواي پيونگ*يانگ را تشديد خواهد كرد.

در توكيو، مقامهاي ژاپني نيز چنين خبري را تكذيب كردند اما هشدار دادند كه در صورت انجام آزمايش اتمي ديگر، جامعه بين*الملل از جمله ژاپن اقدامات سخت*تري عليه كره شمالي اتخاذ خواهد كرد

سفر صفري به كره شمالي در راستاي بررسي روابط دوجانبه انجام شد


يك مقام آگاه سياسي سفر معاون آسيا و اقيانوسيه وزارت خارجه به كره شمالي را در راستاي بررسي روابط دوجانبه عنوان كرد.



يك مقام آگاه سياسي در پاسخ به سئوالي درباره هدف از سفر اخير هيئتي ايراني به كره شمالي اظهار داشت: مهدي صفري معاون آسيا، اقيانوسيه و مشترك المنافع به منظور مذاكره با مقامات كره شمالي براي بررسي روابط دوجانبه و گفت*وگو در زمينه راه*هاي توسعه مناسبات به اين كشور سفر كرد.

اين مقام افزود: دو كشور از گذشته داراي روابط حسنه*اي بودند و اين سفر در چارچوب مناسبات دوجانبه و به دنبال سفر مقامات اين كشور به جمهوري اسلامي ايران صورت پذيرفته است و در همين راستا در اين ديدار طرفين برنامه مبادلات فرهنگي، علمي و آموزشي امضا كردند.

اين مقام ايراني در خاتمه اظهار داشت: معاون وزير خارجه كره شمالي نيز فضاي مذاكرات مزبور را مثبت توصيف كرد.

U.S. upbeat on North Korea talks


NEW YORK (CNN) -- Christopher Hill, the chief U.S. negotiator with North Korea, said on Tuesday there is a "sense of optimism on both sides" after the first of several planned working groups talks in the wake of last month's agreement by the six countries involved in negotiating North Korea's nuclear program.

He described the day's meeting as "very good and comprehensive discussions. Eight-plus hours of talks."

Hill met with his North Korean counterpart, Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan.

The agreement -- reached by North Korea, the United States, South Korea, Japan, China and Russia -- outlines steps for the reclusive communist nation to begin to shut down its nuclear program in exchange for $300 million in energy and financial aid.

Hill and Kim met on Tuesday at a New York hotel, after brief talks over dinner on Monday night.

Shortly before Tuesday's morning session, Hill told reporters he believes the North Koreans "are committed" to following through on the February 13 agreement.

"But, as you know, what is important about these actions is not only to get them done, but then to use them as momentum," Hill said.

"We are not going to stop until we end at denuclearization."

He stressed that the talks were "an initial working group meeting."

"We need to report back to the six parties. We will be doing that on March 19," he said, referring to the date for the next planned six-party talks.

Japan will be the next member of the six-party negotiators to hold working group talks with North Korea, doing so on Wednesday, Hill said.

Speaking last month to the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Hill said he expected to discuss the normalization of relations between the United States and North Korea.

"There we will begin -- begin -- the process of addressing our bilateral ties with the intention of eventual normalization," he said. "I want to emphasize the word 'begin' because we have a lot of bilateral issues we need to talk about. We have a lot of issues that are of concern to us."

Hill said on Tuesday he believes North Korea is eager to get off the United States' list of state sponsors of terror and the United States is "committed to beginning that process."

مذاكرات ژاپن و كره شمالي بدون نتيجه پايان يافت


مذاكرات ژاپن و كره شمالي درباره عادي سازي روابط دوجانبه بدون رسيدن به هيچ گونه نتيجه اي به پايان رسيد.



به نقل از خبرگزاري آسوشيتدپرس، مذاكرات ژاپن و كره شمالي درباره عادي سازي روابط دو كشور روز پنج شنبه در هانوي، پايتخت ويتنام براي مدت كوتاهي برگزار شد اما دو طرف تنها بر سر اين موضوع توافق كردند كه ديدارها بين آنها در آينده ادامه يابد.

هيئت ژاپني شركت كننده در مذاكرات امروز با صدور بيانيه اي اعلام كرد كه هيچ توافقي درباره مسائل مهم در روابط دو كشور حاصل نشد و مذاكرات هانوي به پايان رسيد. تاريخي نيز براي ديدار آتي نمايندگان دو كشور تعيين نشده است.

در جلسه روز گذشته، هيئت شركت كننده كره شمالي به شرط ژاپن درمورد حل موضوع اتباع ژاپني به گروگان گرفته شده توسط پيونگ يانگ، واكنشي خشم آلود نشان دادند و جلسه بعدازظهر را لغو كردند. ژاپن حل شدن اين موضوع را به عنوان شرط آغاز گفتگوهاي عادي سازي روابط ديپلماتيك دو كشور مطرح كرده است.

كره شمالي در سال 2002 تاييد كرد كه 13 نفر از اتباع ژاپن را در دهه هاي 70 و 80 ميلادي براي آموزش جاسوس هاي خود ربوده بود. اين كشور بعداً با آزاد كردن 5 نفر از آنان ادعا كرد كه بقيه مرده اند. اما ژاپن مي گويد آنها زنده هستند و بايد آزاد شوند. نماينده ژاپن در مذاكرات امروز گفت كه كره شمالي حاضر به مذاكره درباره اين مسئله نيست و آن را بي معني مي داند.

مذاكرات دو روزه هانوي در چارچوب توافقنامه هسته اي اخير پكن كه ميان كره شمالي و 5 كشور ديگر - كره جنوبي، چين، ژاپن، روسيه و آمريكا - منعقد شد، صورت گرفت.
