Minutes later, they formed a circle and started doing some work-out routines prepared by Neri. One muscle at a time, the Whites eventually stretched every muscle in their body.


They spent half an hour toning up their muscles in order to be ready for this evening's match against Villarreal at 6:30 pm CET. After the excersises, Capello allowed his players to train freely with a football. The only two players that carried on with the physical excersises were Youth system player Adán and Álvaro Mejía, who went through a harder session -sprints included- under Neri's supervision. Adán had previously worked out with Iker Casillas and Diego López supervised by goalkeeper coach Franco Tancredi, who allowed them no rest. Capello kept a close eye on their training.

On the other hand, Cannavaro chatted with Galbiati, while Emerson and Cassano, played and talked together in a way that evidenced their friendship. Finally, Galbiati, Juanfran, Javi García, Cicinho, Baptista and Cannavaro, challenged each other to see who was the first to hit the goal's crossbar with a ball... But, surely, none of them would like to hit it during tonight's match against Villarreal.
