    Who is Sam Lutfi?

Sam Lutfi was born August 16, 1974 in Los Angeles. This makes him a 33 yr old Leo. A Leo is defined as “Stubborn yet impulsive.

Showy, dramatic and sometimes vain. Have a sunny demeanor and love to be the center of loved ones' adoration.

    Make a great actor.”

According to IMDB, he was the producer of a few movies we never heard of a few years ago, Crossing Cords (2001) (associate producer), Circles (1998 ) (executive producer), Bug Buster (1998 ) (producer). These are obvious failures. His film “career” seems to end in 2001.

He did get an “extra special thanks “ for Underworld (2003) and Underworld: Evolution (2006) … whatever the hell that means. I am pretty sure it means… friends to the director or producer, or coffee boy, etc. but no actual involvement in the production. Those are successes he wasn’t really a part of.

MSN lists him as producer for SFX: Life Behind Bars (2001) a 48 minute movie about dirt biking.

His LinkedIn claims he is an "Independent Media Production Professional", has 8 connections and says he went to USC. He is currently interested in contacts for “consulting offers”, “new ventures”, “expertise requests”, “getting back in touch”.

No one ever really heard or talked about him before October 2007 when he went to the DMV with Britney to get her Cali driver’s license and now he’s known as “Britney Spears Friend”, “sidekick”, “cling-on”, “Howard K. Stern”, and sometimes “producer”. FOX Sources say he was introduced to her by her mother, Lynn. According to public documents, he’s had numerous tax liens and a couple of lawsuits brought against him. FOX also says his real name is Osamah Lutfi.

In 2000, he lost a judgment of $34,246 when a San Francisco cleaning company sued him and his partner, D-movie producer Ted Collins (aka Edward W. Collins III). According to records, the judgment has not been satisfied. They worked together on two failures Circles and Bug Buster.

At the end of October, there was a rumor that he had stolen Britney’s diary and was trying to sell it to the tabloids for some $2 million.

    Sam Lutfi’s Quotes About Britney:

Regarding the pregnancy rumor: “It’s BS. Don’t know who made it up. J.R. doesn’t even know what’s up. It’s fake. Completely fake. Just wrapped her music video. Going home to sleep.”

Regarding the X17 charity auction: “It’s something Britney wanted to do to counterbalance all the rumors and negativity in the press. All she can do is be herself, love her kids and do small things like this to help people.”

Regarding trying to sell Britney’s diaries: "Britney doesn’t have any diaries."

Regarding losing custody of her sons: “She is doing okay, it has been a rough day. But she is feeling very optimistic about the future.”

Regarding the missed drug tests that count as failures: "There were scheduling conflicts and some errors in communication as to times and places for drug tests, etc., but they're all squared away now."

It’s amazing how two people can only be friends for like two months and basically live together. It’s also amazing how someone with utter failures can still call himself a “producer”. Maybe his latest producing project is Britney.

Only problem is that he produces unsuccessful horror and sports flicks, not exactly the production qualities a pop star needs. Oh well.

I don’t know him but his resume sucks. I wouldn’t hire him to clean my apt nevermind anything more important. God, why does she like these losers?

Britney Spears's mother accused Sam Lutfi of drugging the singer and verbally abusing her, according to a request for a temporary restraining order against Lutfi.

The request, which was granted, also gives a detailed description of the chaotic scene at Spears's house when her mother arrived Jan. 28 for an intervention, with Spears bizarrely talking like a "very young girl" and changing her clothes and her dogs' clothes "many times."

The restraining order, which forbids Lutfi from getting within 250 yards of Spears, her homes, her family's homes and the hospital where she's staying, alleges: "Mr. Lutfi has drugged Britney. He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He claims to control everything."

In a six-page declaration, Lynne Spears says that when she and her friend Jackie arrived at her daughter's house, Lutfi – a constant companion of Britney – revealed he was giving her drugs.

"Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol and Seroquel," Lynne says.

[There appears to be no medication called Risperdol. Risperol is a sleeping medication, and Risperdal is an anti-pyschotic drug. Seroquel is prescribed to treat bipolar disorder.]

"He told us that he puts them in her food and that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days," Lynne continues. "She had been sleeping. He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could give her drugs to heal her brain."

Lutfi also demanded that Lynne do what he ordered, according to Lynne.

"I'm the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter," Lynne quoted him as saying. "I sleep in cars outside her house so she can't leave." He then allegedly told Lynne: "You people throw everyone under the bus. If you don't listen to me I'm going to make your name s--- in the papers."

Lynne added that Lutfi "told me that if he weren't in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself. Then he said to me, 'If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave."

Lynne claims that Britney and Lutfi had an argument earlier in the evening.

"Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about [paparazzo] Adnan [Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids."

Lynne says her daughter was acting strangely.

"Britney ... became very agitated and could not stop moving," says Lynne. "She cleaned the house. She changed her clothes many times. She also changed her three dogs' clothes many times. Britney spoke to me in a tone and with the level of understanding of a very young girl. Britney then picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, 'What does insomnia mean?' Sam told her the pills will help her stay awake."

Three days after the scene at the house, Spears was hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center's psych ward and is under a 14-day forced hold. Her father Jamie Spears and a lawyer have been granted temporary control of her affairs.

Britney Spears's former manager Sam Lutfi is suing the singer and her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, for defamation and breach of contract, L.A. court documents show.

In the lawsuit filed Tuesday, Lutfi is also claiming libel, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. "Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney's life," the papers read. "This campaign also provided Jamie with the opportunity he needed to obtain an appointment as Britney's conservator."

Additionally, the lawsuit alleges: "Despite seemingly accomplishing their objectives, Jamie and Lynne have nevertheless continued their smear campaign against Lutfi. Thus, having no other alternative, Lutfi brings this action to defend himself against Jamie's and Lynne's persistent attacks."

Last Friday, Britney's father obtained a new restraining order against Lutfi, accusing him of harassing the Spears family. In papers, Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who oversee the singer's affairs as co-conservators, alleged that Lufti and two other men "are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears's health and well being."

      Sam Claims Book Was Damaging
Lutfi, who says he became Britney's manager after the two met in an L.A. nightclub in 2007, claims his reputation was damaged by Lynne Spears's book, Through the Storm, in which she makes allegations about Lutfi's control over her daughter. He calls the allegations "lies and fabrication."

"Since the publication of the book, Lutfi has been subjected to unfathomable amounts of ridicule and scorn," and has received "numerous death threats from overzealous fans," the lawsuit reads, adding that Lutfi can "no longer find work as a counselor of at-risk teens."

Lutfi also alleges that in January 2008, Jamie Spears burst into the singer's home and "punched [Lutfi] in the chest," which caused "injury to his nervous system and person." He adds the singer's father was "screaming that ... Lutfi had made a rude comment to Lynne the night before."

Finally, Lutfi claims he and Britney had an oral agreement that he would be compensated 15 percent of her earnings as her manager. Lutfi alleges that the agreement was confirmed in a text message on Oct. 13, 2007 in which the singer wrote: "sam, so thats fine, i want you to be my manager, you were right its 15 percent of my money but for 4 years not 5." Lutfi claims that he hasn't received any payment for his alleged services.

Lutfi's attorney, Bryan J. Freedman said in a statement Tuesday that there is "overwhelming evidence from independent witnesses" proving his client's case and that "at the time of the trial in this action, the jury will have an opportunity to weigh the credibility of the witnesses."

Lawyers for Jamie Spears weren't immediately available for comment.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb issued a three-year restraining order against the singer's former manager on Tuesday.

Jon Eardley, a lawyer who has repeatedly challenged the validity of Jamie Spears's legal control over his daughter, was also slapped with a restraining order for three years.

Both men must stay at least 100 yards away from Britney, her two sons, and her family members' homes, and must not harass Britney and her children, or contact them through phone, mail and email. It also prohibits them from "acting on Ms. Spears's behalf or purporting to act on her behalf." The orders, however, do not specifically protect Jamie and Britney's mother Lynne Spears, which Jamie had sought.

The singer's father, who initially filed the request on Jan. 30, alleged that both men have harassed his daughter, adding Lutfi arranged the smuggling of a cell phone to the pop star at a hotel.

        Lutfi Will Appeal
Bryan Freedman, Lutfi's attorney tells PEOPLE: "We absolutely will appeal this ruling. Never before in history has a restraining order been issued against someone who answered another person's cries for help."

The order followed several hearings in which Spears's father, her hairstylist, bodyguard, among others, testified that the singer was in fear of Lutfi. In his defense, Lutfi's younger sister Christina testified that it was Britney who hatched the cell phone scheme because she allegedly wanted Lutfi's help to end her father's control.

Last week, Samuel Ingham, a court-appointed lawyer for the pop star, told the judge that "my client's situation has improved dramatically over the last fourteen months. [The orders against Lutfi] is in my client's best interest ... she has suffered emotional distress."

Meanwhile, Lutfi's lawsuit against the Spears family for defamation and battery is still pending.

Sam Lutfi faced off against Britney Spears's legal team – and lost, slapped with a three-year restraining order last month.

His wallet may be taking a hit next.

Lawyers for the singer asked a Los Angeles court last Friday to order Lutfi, who once was her manager, to pay $123,142 to cover Spears's legal fees for the courtroom battle over the restraining order.

In addition, her lawyers are seeking $129,922 from Jon Eardley, an attorney who has challenged Jamie Spears's control over his daughter, and $72,292 from her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Both Eardley and Ghalib were also ordered to stay away from the pop star.

A judge has yet to sign off on the request.
