          • White House on Jenna's Argentine 'Boyfriend': He Wishes!

For Jenna Bush, international diplomacy only went so far while she was in South America: The White House is denying an Argentine man's claims that he and the First Daughter are dating.

Argentine magazine Caras reported that the blonder Bush twin, 25, was planning to spend Christmas with her new boyfriend, public relations student Ramiro Gonzalez Palazzo.

Gonzalez Palazzo, 25, reportedly told the magazine, "All I can say is that I have a lot of fun when we are together," and described Jenna as "humble and down-to-earth."

But First Lady Laura Bush's press secretary, Susan D. Whitson, laughed off the report, telling PEOPLE, "We have found that young men who talk to the press and claim to be the boyfriend of Barbara or Jenna are just expressing wishful thoughts."

Jenna isn't the only Bush twin making headlines in Argentina: Sister Barbara reportedly had her purse stolen in Buenos Aires last month.

            • Janice Dickinson in Hit-and-Run Accident

Supermodel Janice Dickinson suffered a concussion after she was involved in a hit-and-run accident late last night in Los Angeles, her rep tells PEOPLE.

Dickinson, 51, was traveling in her SUV after a modeling shoot in Catalina when a truck driver ran into her vehicle, pushing it onto the highway's median and throwing Dickinson headfirst into her windshield. She suffered a concussion and her stylist and makeup artist who were also onboard were "unharmed but shaken," her rep said in a statement.

The three were treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and released this morning.

Dickinson, who's authored several books (including No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World's First Supermodel and Everything About Me Is Fake ... and I'm Perfect), will return to TV with the second season of her Oxygen reality series The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency on Jan. 10.

              • Ryan Seacrest Speaks Out On Pal Nicole Richie

Ryan Seacrest, who has gotten to know Nicole Richie well through his KISS-FM radio show and E! News interviews over the past year, tells PEOPLE that her DUI incident on Dec. 11 worries him.

"I think that anytime you're in a situation like that and it's dangerous, you're worried for the person in that situation and you're also worried for the people around that person," says Seacrest. "The most frightening thing about it is that she was in great danger as well as people on the freeway that night and anytime you see something like that that could result in a massive catastrophe, you worry for anybody that's involved."

But the radio/TV personality is hopeful that Richie will get through her difficult time. "I also know Nicole to be a very sweet, peaceful, charismatic and charming young girl that loves her dog. When she comes in (for an interview with me on KIIS-FM), she's a great mom to her dogs and hopefully she's close to getting to that place again."

Richie, 25, was arrested early Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was booked in Glendale, Calif., and admitted to smoking marijuana and taking the painkiller Vicodin. Her arraignment is set for Feb. 7 at Glendale Superior Court.

                  • Wrongful Death Lawsuit in Natalee Holloway Case

Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway, the parents of missing teen Natalee Holloway, have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, two of the last people to have seen Natalee alive before her May 2005 disappearance in Aruba.

The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, was submitted after Deepak, 22, and Satish, 19, brought a defamation suit against Dr. Phil McGraw charging that his show portrayed them "as engaging in criminal activity against Natalee Holloway."

"By filing this wrongful death suit, we hope to capitalize on the Kalpoes' decision to utilize the California courts in a frivolous claim for compensation, and give Natalee's parents the closure they need and deserve," Holloway and Twitty's New York City-based attorney, John Q. Kelly, said Thursday.

Twitty said in a statement: "All we want is justice for our daughter. There is no doubt in my mind that Deepak and Satish played a role in my daughter's death and should be held accountable. It is unconscionable that they have not been punished so far."

The wrongful death suit charges that the Kalpoes caused Natalee's death by "intentionally, negligently, wantonly ... unlawfully conducting themselves" to bring about her fatal injuries.

The Kalpoes and 19-year-old Dutch teen Joran van der Sloot were arrested shortly after Holloway, then 18, vanished during a high-school trip to Aruba, but were released on the condition that they remain available to authorities for further questioning.

                        • American Pie's Natasha Lyonne Turns Herself In

Troubled American Pie actress Natasha Lyonne turned herself in at a New York City court on Friday, Reuters reports.

A bench warrant had been issued for her arrest in January after Lyonne, 27, missed four court hearings on charges including criminal mischief, harassment and trespassing.

Among the more bizarre details of her case, she was accused of threatening to sexually molest a former neighbor's dog during a 2004 argument.

At Lyonne's appearance at Manhattan Criminal Court, drug counselor Heather Hayes said the actress had undergone an in-patient drug program in February and was still attending outpatient rehab groups.

Judge Anthony Ferrara said the charges would be dropped if Lyonne stays out of trouble for the next six months, Reuters reports.

Lyonne was in a similar situation last year, when a warrant was issued for her arrest after a judge called her case three times in one day. Prosecutors said Lyonne finally arrived in court one hour late, stayed half an hour, then took off.

                          • George Bush Says He's 'Happy' for Mary Cheney

President Bush tells PEOPLE he is happy for Vice President Dick Cheney's daughter Mary, who is expecting a child with her partner, Heather Poe.

In an exclusive year-end interview, the President told PEOPLE, "The Vice President took me aside and gave me the good news. He and his wife, Lynne, are very happy for Mary."

In 2005, Bush said that ideally "a child is raised in a married family with a man and a woman."

Asked if he still felt that way knowing Mary and her partner, he said, "I think Mary is going to be a loving soul to her child. And I'm happy for her."

Mary Cheney, 37, and Poe, 45, have been together for 15 years and are expecting their first child late in the spring.

Although Cheney was a key aide on her father's 2004 reelection campaign, she has said she disagrees with Bush's stance on gay marriage.

"I am in favor of legalized same sex marriage," she told PEOPLE in May. But during the campaign, she says, "I had no doubt, even with that disagreement, that President Bush was the absolute best person to be leading us at this time in our country's history."
