Shannon Elizabeth's Husband Seeks Assets

American Pie actress Shannon Elizabeth's estranged husband, actor Joseph D. Reitman, is seeking half of all property and assets the pair accumulated during the five years they lived together before they were married, the Associated Press reports.

Reitman and Elizabeth (full name: Shannon Elizabeth Fadal) began living together in 1997, according to a lawsuit Reitman filed March 15 in Superior Court. Until their marriage on June 15, 2002, the couple agreed to "be equal partners in the acquisition of assets and in financial affairs whether such transactions were separate or joint," documents say.

Elizabeth filed for divorce last June.

A New Trump: Donald, Melania Have a Boy

It's a baby boy for Donald Trump and wife Melania, the real-estate entrepreneur announced Monday.

The couple's son, Barron William Trump, was born at 5 a.m. and weighed in at 8 1/2 lbs., Trump tells PEOPLE.

"It's a beautiful baby and she's a beautiful mother," says the 59-year-old Apprentice star.

Of his wife Melania, Trump said, "I just think she's looking forward to being a great mother. I have no doubt how good she will be."

The news of the birth was first announced on MSNBC's Imus in the Morning, where Trump did a telephone interview. "I continue to stay young, right? I produce children, I stay young," said the father of five. He already has four children by his two former wives, Ivana and Marla.

Richard Dreyfuss Marries

Richard Dreyfuss has married Russian-born Svetlana Erokhin in Harrisonburg, Va., where the Jaws and Mr. Holland's Opus star was in town for an appearance at James Madison University.

The Brooklyn-born Dreyfuss, 58, and Erokhin, 46, appeared unannounced at the Rockingham County Courthouse on Thursday, took out a marriage license and were then wed in the magistrate's office, according to Andy Perrine, JMU spokesman and associate vice president of communications and marketing.

"We had no idea" they would be marrying, said Perrine. "Although one look at Svetlana and you wouldn't be surprised he wanted to marry her. She's beautiful and has a sultry Russian accent. She clearly is head over heels in love with Richard, who is captivatingly funny. They were like two young loves who couldn't seem to get enough of each other."

Rockingham County Sheriff's Deputy Bill Spinar spotted the couple as they walked into the courthouse, where he staffs the metal detector. Said Spinar: "I happened to glance at him and said, 'You look like Richard Dreyfuss.' He said, 'I am Richard Dreyfuss.' I said, 'Yeah, sure you are.' He said, 'Seriously, I am Richard Dreyfuss' ... and he laughed at me."

It's a Girl for Entourage Star Debi Mazar

Entourage star Debi Mazar gave birth to a girl on Friday, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Giulia Isabel Mazar-Corcos weighed in a 8 lbs. 1 oz., and was 19 inches long.

"Everybody is at home now and doing great," Mazar's publicist, Rene Riddinger, tells PEOPLE.

The 41-year-old actress and her husband, Italian jazz musician and producer Gabriele Corcos, already have a 3-year-old daughter, Evelyn Maria.

Last month, Mazar's pals Marisa Tomei and Rosie Perez threw a baby shower for the expectant mom at the Tea Garden & Herbal Emporium in Los Angeles. "It was very sweet," Mazar told PEOPLE at the time.

"Da Vinci Code" case ends, ruling by early April

LONDON- The copyright case brought by two historians who accuse Dan Brown of plagiarizing their work in "The Da Vinci Code" ended on Monday, and the presiding judge said he hoped to give a ruling by early April.

Lasting more than three weeks, the closely watched hearings featured a tetchy Brown in the witness box, debate about the Merovingian monarchy, the Knights Templar and Jesus' bloodline, and revelations about the media-shy author and his wife Blythe.

The Da Vinci Code, one of the most successful novels of all time with sales of over 40 million copies, uses some of the same ideas as "The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail," a 1982 work of historical conjecture by Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh.

Both books raise the possibility that Jesus had a child by Mary Magdalene, that she fled to France after the Crucifixion and that Christ's bloodline survives to this day. They also associate Magdalene with the Holy Grail.

Coppola among Cannes entrants

PARIS - With a month to go before the Cannes Film Festival lineup is unveiled, dozens of movies have yet to be seen by selectors, but some certainties have emerged about what will be screening on the Croisette in May.

Already, a good quarter of the 20-plus competition titles are in place. After rumors that Sofia Coppola was leaning toward a September premiere in Venice, her French-shot period drama "Marie-Antoinette," starring ***sten Dunst in the title role, is now a lock for a competition slot.

The final installment of Aki Kaurismaki's Finnish trilogy, "Lights in the Dusk," also is assured a competition slot. Kaurismaki scooped up the runner-up Grand Prix at Cannes in 2002 for "The Man Without a Past." And, as expected, Pedro Almodovar's epic comedy "Volver," starring Penelope Cruz, also will take a competition berth.

French titles are traditionally selected last, but a strong consensus has formed around Nicole Garcia's ensemble piece "Selon Charlie" for a competition slot.

More pop artists turning to rap producers

NEW YORK (Billboard) - DJ Premier was surprised when he got the phone call last spring. It was RCA Records, saying that Christina Aguilera wanted the producer, best known for his gritty work with rap heavyweights Gang Starr, the Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, Nas and KRS-One, to work on the pop singer's forthcoming album.

"It was kind of a shock because I was like, 'How the hell does she know about me?"' DJ Premier says. "I'm one of those guys that really doesn't expect pop artists to really be up on me."

It turns out Aguilera wanted her forthcoming album to re-create and pay tribute to the music that inspired her: soul, jazz and blues from the 1920s, '30s and '40s. She was familiar with some of Premier's jazz-influenced work with Gang Starr in the late 1980s and early 1990s, especially the song "Jazz Thing."

"It had elements of Miles Davis and Billie Holiday and little horn pieces," Aguilera says of the tune. "The way he combined that, I was like, 'Hmm. I bet he would get where I'm trying to go with this record.' It was taking a chance. God knows if he would even do it because it was kind of his first time, I think, even venturing into the 'pop' world. I knew that it would be a different and new thing for him."

Andy Dick wins laughs with reality-based feature

AUSTIN,Andy Dick is an actor famous for two things: portraying a hopeless klutz on television and getting into trouble with booze and drugs.

In "Danny Roane: First Time Director," he plays an actor known for boob-tube bumbling and offscreen binges, who decides to make a film about his life.

So maybe it's not a stretch. Dick has been working this angle for a while, milking his reputation in interviews and on his own MTV show. But if a little of his id-indulgence can go a long way, here it is reined in; "Danny Roane" is a sometimes hilarious mock-documentary that will play well with the actor's fans and could win some converts.

In the film, Dick's alter ego has stayed sober for four years and watched his career go pretty dry as well. He persuades a huckster producer to fund his autobiographical film, "a psychologically probing dark journey into addiction," though it appears that the producer thinks he's making another film entirely. That's just as well because Danny quickly scares away everyone on his crew with any actual experience in filmmaking.

Sharon Stone: Nudity No 'Big Deal'

Sharon Stone, who turned 48 on March 10, has no problem appearing nude in her new movie, Basic Instinct 2.

"What is such a big deal about nudity?" the actress says in the new issue of PEOPLE. "If the person's in the bedroom with a sheet covering them, that's more of a lie than seeing a saggy old butt."

On a week-long tour across Europe to promote the film, Stone traveled via private jet, along with more than 90 designer outfits coordinated by her sister and stylist Kelly.

On why she's reprising her psychotic sex kitten role 14 years after 1992's original Basic Instinct, Stone says, "It would be better to make it before I was 73."

Adds makeup artist Tricia Sawyer: "She seems to be getting sexier on this tour."

Still, when asked by a reporter to cross her legs, Stone joked: "Darling, pay your 10 bucks and see for yourself like everyone else."

Fred Savage to Become a Dad

Former Wonder Years star Fred Savage and his wife Jennifer Stone Savage, are expecting their first child in August, the actor's agent has confirmed to the Associated Press.

Childhood friends, Savage, 29, and Stone, 33, parted ways in 1988, when Savage, then 11, moved from their Chicago suburb to L.A. for his TV stint as Kevin Arnold The Wonder Years.

Eleven years later, the pair reconnected at Savage's birthday party. "We started talking and smooching, and we've been together ever since," the actor told PEOPLE shortly after the couple married in August of 2004.

Among their vows: "I promised to always bring up a glass of water to her before we go to bed, and she promised to never let me dress myself," said Savage at the time.

After The Wonder Years ended its run in 1993, Savage continued to work in television and movies. He has appeared in Austin Powers in Goldmember, The Rules of Attraction, and Welcome to Mooseport, among other things. Also working behind the camera, Savage produced and directed Phil of the Future on the Disney Channel and directed Nickelodeon's Drake & Josh.

Drew Lachey, Wife Lea Have Baby Daughter

Drew Lachey and wife Lea, both 29, welcomed their first child, a daughter, Thursday in Los Angeles, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

Isabella Claire Lachey weighed in at 7 lbs., 2 oz. "Mom, Dad and baby are all happy and healthy," says a rep for the couple.

Last month, Lachey and dance partner Cheryl Burke won the second season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars. The former 98 Degrees singer and younger brother of Nick Lachey credited Lea, a dancer and choreographer, with "helping me with my posture, my feet" during the competition, he told PEOPLE.

After his victory, Drew told said he couldn't wait to kick up his heels with his new girl. "In a couple of years my daughter will be cutting a rug around me," he said at the time. "I'll hold her hands, and she'll be dancing on my feet. I'm looking forward to that."
