    • Paris's Music Video Banned in India

Paris Hilton is too hot for Indian censors.

The country's Central Board of Film Certification has issued an "Adult" certification for her new music video "Stars Are Blind," which means it cannot be broadcast on any channel, reports Reuters.

An official at her local label, EMI Virgin India Ltd., reported that the board said the clip had sexual connotations.

"In fact, we had edited the video and sent a fresh copy, but they weren't happy with that," said Narendra Kusnur, the label's manager of international A&R (artists and repertoire).

Since the marketing campaign for Hilton's debut album Paris, released in India Tuesday (the same day it hit stores in the U.S.), has been sponsored by a shampoo company, the "Stars" video will be streamed on a promotional Web site, once details are worked out.

"To the best of our knowledge, there are no rules yet regarding censorship on the 'Net so we plan to use the online platform to generate buzz," said EMI Virgin marketing manager Kaveri Khullar.

                • Baywatch Star Brande Roderick Engaged

Actress Brande Roderick is set to wed former Denver Bronco Glenn Cadrez, her rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

Cadrez, 36, proposed on Sunday in front of more than 30,000 spectators at the Del Mar Classic horse race in Del Mar, Calif., where Roderick, 32, was on hand to present the prize to the winner.

He got down on one knee and presented her with a 3.5-carat diamond ring he had designed himself.

Roderick, a native of Novato, Calif., and a former Playboy model, played Leigh Dyer on TV's Baywatch from 2000 to 2001. She also appeared in 2004's Starsky & Hutch and will be seen in next year's The Nanny Diaries with Scarlett Johansson.

Cadrez retired from the NFL after playing 11 seasons as a linebacker for the Denver Broncos, New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs. Now vice president of California Police Youth Charities, he's involved in movie production and event planning. He has three daughters.

                  • Emmy Wins Predicted for Grey's, The Office

Although FOX's 24 is up for more awards (12 in total), ABC's 11-times-nominated medical drama Grey's Anatomy is favored to win best dramatic series at Sunday's 58th annual Emmy Awards.

And should Grey's star Patrick "Dr. McDreamy" Dempsey fail to send temperatures soaring at L.A.'s Shrine Auditorium, there's always host Conan O'Brien, who tells PEOPLE, "I'm gonna wear very, very tight trousers, like matador pants. That's gonna do a lot for women and a third of the men watching."

NBC will broadcast the ceremony live Sunday starting at 8 p.m. ET. The top nominees are the TNT miniseries Into the West, which garnered 16 nods, and HBO's miniseries Elizabeth I, starring Helen Mirren, which nabbed 13.

In other races to watch, TV critics are betting on The Office for best comedy and its star Steve Carrell for best comedy actor, while Lisa Kudrow is tipped by some to win best comedy actress in HBO's short-lived series The Comeback.

And while last year's big winners, ABC's Lost and Desperate Housewives, were shut out of the major races, the list of nominees features several shows that won't be back next season, including NBC's Will & Grace and The West Wing and HBO's Six Feet Under.

Sunday's ceremony will honor prolific producer Aaron Spelling, who died in June at 83 and whose decades of hits included The Mod Squad, The Love Boat, Starsky and Hutch, Dynasty and Beverly Hills, 90210. A tribute will feature cast members from his shows.

Turns out, the second time is the charm for Days of Our Lives costars Billy Warlock and Julie Pinson.

The two were married in Las Vegas Saturday after being engaged twice, their rep has confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE. The intimate ceremony was attended by family and close friends.

The couple were originally set to marry in 1999, but broke off their engagement shortly before the wedding. They rekindled their romance last year when Warlock's character, Frankie Brady, returned to the NBC soap, on which Pinson has played Billie Reed since 2004.

At Saturday's wedding, the bride, 38, wore the original dress she had bought seven years earlier, an ivory duchess satin Vera Wang gown with pink details. The groom, 45, wore a black suit by Canali.

Warlock, who also played A.J. Quartermaine on ABC's General Hospital for several years, was previously married to All My Children actress Marcy BaywatchWalker and was briefly engaged to his costar Erika Eleniak.

                              • Broderick, Bach Hurt in Riding Accidents

Two stars were injured Sunday in two separate horse-riding accidents: Matthew Broderick and former Bond girl Barbara Bach, the wife of Ringo Starr.

Broderick was on vacation in Ireland when he broke his collarbone after falling off a horse Sunday, his publicist, Simon Halls, tells the Associated Press.

The Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Producers star, 44, accompanied by wife Sarah Jessica Parker, was treated and released from a hospital the same day, Halls said.

"He's fine. He's just been in a little bit of pain," Halls tells the AP.

Meanwhile, Bach, who turned 59 on Sunday, was hospitalized with a broken leg after being kicked by a horse, said an official with the Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford, 35 miles southwest of London.

She had surgery to repair her fractured right femur, the AP reports. Bach costarred with Roger Moore in 1977's The Spy Who Loved Me.
