why is that I was 11 when i came here and now i am 19 and my farsi is perfect. i never forgot farsi like other persians that come from iran and on their way here with a boat they forget farsi.

Hi IQ that's pretty good...but ever since i was here....i picked up english like within a week...so i was at school half the day...and the rest of the day i would call my friends or hang out with them!! and my mom was always at work so i couldnt really talk persian to anybody....and my friends were all american....so there really werent anybody that i could speak persian....so i think that pretty much effected me .......im not proud of it...but im working at it to get it back...i read alot of persian books...and magazines...and stuff like that!!! have a good day!
