He's there and I'm here... and that's the problem that listening to Persian music turned into. 
Oh yeah, Persian script is also a problem. I've tried to learn Hebrew script for many years and I'm hopeless. I gave up long ago. So I'm stuck with learning Persian with Roman letters. It's bad but not hopless for learning.
