I have thinking about getting a personal mode of transportation lately. I’ve been a bit confused about the differences between mopeds and scooters especially. What are the rules and regulations for each of them as street legal vehicles? How much trouble are they to own and operate? Some things I have heard about scooters is that as long as they doesn’t go above 35 mph: no license, registration, tags, or insurance are required. Let me know if I’m on to something. Thank you.
