obviously Australians know what the HSC and UAI are
but i just need to explain it to those people who are not familar with these terms

a student who wishes to enter the university after completing year 12, needs to do HSc examination and finally he gets a mark that is called UAi and that is actually a scale not a mark really. it is his/her performance in the state.

I got 97.60 and quite excited. I am going to do advanced mathematics at Macquarie university and just wanted to share my happiness with you guys!

I know you mentioned in your post that most persians dont like indians, but i dont think that is true. Some of my closest friends have been Indian and Iranians and Indians are very similar!
