hala kharej az bahse in thread narim, goftin ke mikhain damaghetoon ro amal konin? if you live in LA, i know of a really great surgeon who is in Beverly hills where people fly in from other states to see him. I havent been to him personally, but if i were to decide to get a nose job i would see him. His philosophy is each person has a unique nose that fits with their face (so he doesnt do the same nose on everyone like some plastic surgeons). i have seen his work, it look really nice and natural. the most important thing with plastic surgery is to make sure you dont look fake, otherwise if eveyone can tell that defeats the whole purpose.

in iran, the doctors are good as well, they have a lot of practice. the only thing is you have to find a good doctor in iran and it will cost you alot if you want a good doctor there too. you dont want to screw up your nose, its on your face, i would pay extra to make sure the doctor knows what he or she is doing.

well, thats the problem. each nose is unique and a certain nose may look good on one person and horrible on another person. most persians want european looking noses. I think natural is good, age az panjah farsakhi dad bezane ke damagh amaliye keh fayde nadareh.
