    السلام علیکم

    السلام علیکم

to everyone on Tapesh! I found this site completely by accident while performing a search for Persian words. I don’t speak Persian, though I can speak Urdu, but I tend to use more Persian influenced words instead of Sanskrit–derived ones: e.g, ‘mard’ instead of ‘banda’ for ‘man’. Would this pose a problem on this board?

How does everyone do? I decided to join because this message board had so many different forunms and they all look so interesting! I think I’ll spend a good deal of time trawling this site and making contributions as takes my fancy, haha. I think I’ll definitely pay the Politics, Music and Religion sites a visit.

I live in West Yorkshire in England, have reached almost 31½ years of age and I work at a mind–numbing job I desperately want to leave — though I need to motivate myself a lot more in order to do so.

I love speedrunning, and currently practise a segmented speedrun of Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. The brilliant one by fluffy_kitten on Speed Demos Archive contains some very neat tricks, I love it a lot, but he misses a few nifty techniques I discovered and I think I could handle the boss fights better! Moreover, he performed a 100% Run (all powers & upgrades) whereas I want to complete this game missing some of the upgrades out, pursuing only the necessary ones.
RedWine: “Flirting is not appropriate everywhere. Funerals, for example, are generally not good places to flirt.”
