I left Iran 16 yrs ago & haven't been back ever since, but I'm going there next summer.
Aslan bavaram nemishe ke 16 sal gozasht... it went by so fast... somehow it feels like a dream.
When I think about how fast time goes by & how short life is, I just can't allow myself to waste any more time, to be away from my country, the country I love & cherish so much; & so I will be going there next summer at last!

Wow, that sounds like a great plan. From what I heard from those who went back to Iran after long time, you will have a great shock when you get in the country, and you will feel this great feeling of belonging to something and owning something that unfortunetly we are deprived in Ghorbat (no matter how long u lived in ghorbat, which by the way for me it is 25 years ).

This is so true. Vaghean adam vaghti too mamlekate khodeshe, vaghti jaee hasti ke ehsas mikoni u BELONG there, that it's urs, oun ehsasi ke behet dast mide ba hichi nemitooni moghayese koni.
Ba in ke I was only 9 yrs old when I came here, I remember all too well how it felt to be in MY country... the country I miss so dearly.
