I always assumed that the majority of young single girls in iran would be virgins, since as far as i was aware boys and girls couldnt mix. However, my family and relatives in iran are rather religious, so i guess my thoughts were muchly biased because obviously i never saw the other side where girls and boys do infact mix -out of the public eye.
Are all iranian girls virgin? No. of course not.
But it also comes down to where they live and where/how they grew up..Proud to be Persian.Comment

Being a virgin has nothing to do with self respect and not being one as well. There are a lot of virgins that do a lot of other things that would make your jaw drop and there are those who are not virgin but have a lot of respect for themselves. So being a virgin is not important being a lady is...
Iranian girls by culture have been thought to wait for the right person preferably a husband. It comes from holding certain family values. So yes most Iranian girls are virgin to certain age...here in the west they start when they are 12...
Being or not being virgin is a very very private thing and it is not necessarily a matter of right or wrong its a matter of attitude.
