«شعله» از بيشترين مدت اكران در سينماي هاليوود برخوردار است. اين فيلم بيش از 5 سال در يكي از سينماهاي بمبئي به نمايش درآمد.

به گزارش خبرنگار سرويس تلويزيون ايسنا، «شعله» sholay به كارگرداني رامش سيپي در سال 1975 و به شيوهي 70 ميلي متري ساخته شده است.

اين فيلم كه لقب «بلندترين داستاني كه ميشود تعريف كرد» را به خود گرفته است در كشور هند با مدت زمان 204 دقيقه به نمايش درآمد.

«شعله» در كشورهاي ديگر در زماني كوتاهتر و متفاوت اكران شد. به نحوي كه در جشنواره فيلم لندن زمان اين فيلم به 199 دقيقه كاهش يافت.

اين فيلم در آمريكا نيز در مدت زمان 162 دقيقه به نمايش درآمد، اما مدت زمان معمولي كه براي اين فيلم متصور شدهاند، 188 دقيقه بوده است.

«شعله» نخستين فيلمي از سينماي هندوستان بود كه به مناسبت پنجاهمين سالگرد سينماي اين كشور، در صدها سينما به نمايش در آمد.

اين فيلم در جشنوارهي معتبري شركت نكرد و با اين حال به هنگام اكران در سينماهاي كشورهاي مختلف با استقبال تماشاگران مواجه شد.

«شعله» در سينماهاي ايران نيز اكران شد و در دورهاي از پرفروشترين فيلمها به حساب ميآمد. فيلمنامهي «شعله» را جاود اختر و سليم خان با همكاري هم نوشتهاند.

اين فيلم كه در ژانرهاي مختلفي چون حادثهاي، اكشن، موزيكال، پليسي و كمدي قرار ميگيرد، حكايت يك مالك بزرگ را تعريف ميكند كه دو جوان زنداني را استخدام ميكند تا با يك راهزن بيرحم به نام جبارسينگ مبارزه كنند.

در سالهاي اخير نيز صحبتهايي مبني بر ساخت نسخهي جديد فيلم پرطرفدار «شعله» كه نزديك به سي سال قبل در نخستين نمايش عمومي خود ركوردهاي فروش را شكسته بود و از سوي منتقدان سينمايي لقب يك وسترن اسپاگتي هندي را گرفته بود، به ميان آمد.

رام گوپال ورما، كارگردان و تهيه كننده سرشناس سينماي هند قصد ساخت اين فيلم را داشت. كارگردان و تهيه كنندهي نسخهي اصلي اعلام كرد كه اجازه ساخت نسخهاي تازه از اين فيلم را به كسي نميدهد. اما ورما در پاسخ گفته بود براي دوباره سازي فيلم احتياجي به رضايت و اجازه رامش سپي ندارد.

آميتا باچان، هنر پيشهي سرشناس هند، كه هم اينك ثروتي بيحد و شمار و محبوبيتي غير قابل وصف دارد، با ايفاي نقش «جي» (يكي از 2 كاركتر اصلي مرد فيلم) در نسخهي اصلي «شعله» به يكي از ستاردگان مطرح سينماي هند مبدل شد. در اين فيلم جايا بهادري، همسر آميتا باچان نيز حضور داشت و نقش «رادها» را بازي ميكرد.

وي در نسخهي جديد «شعله» نيز براي ايفاي نقش دعوت شد اما اين بار آميتا باچان قرار بود نقش «جبار سينگ»، منفيترين كاراكتر كل سينماي هند را بازي كند، در نسخهي اصلي اين نقش را امجدخان بازي ميكرد و جالب اين كه وي بعد از موفقيت عظيم فيلم و كاراكتر «جبارسينگ» در نقشهاي مثبت و مهربان ظاهر شد.

يكي از منقدان سينماي هن با عنوان آسكانوراگ، در نقدي پيرامون فيلم «شعله» مينويسد: "«شعله» فيلمي بيعيب و نقص محسوب ميشود كه از بازيهاي خوب بازيگران حرفهيش بهره ميبرد. انتخاب بازيگران و ساير عوامل فيلم بسيار با دقت انجام شده است و شخصيت جبار سينگ به شدت باورپذير به نظر ميرسد.

آميتا باچان، نيز به راستي همواره از بزرگترين بازيگران هندوستان بوده است،شخصيت او در اين فيلم بيننده را به ياد ويتو كارلئونه در «پدر خوانده» مياندازد، او در عين حال كه فردي بزهكار است اما به برخي اصول اخلاقي به شدت پايبند است."

در سينمايي «شعله» علاوه بر آميتا باچان، بازيگراني چون درمندرا، هماماليني، جايا بهادري،امجدخان، سانجي كومار، آ.ك. هانگال و ساتيندرا كاپور به ايفاي نقش پرداختهاند.
