Iranian filmmaker Elham Asadi's "Poot" has been awarded at the 2010 edition of the annual Full Frame Documentary Film Festival in the US. Asadi's 2009 production, making its North American debut, received the Full Frame Jury Award for Best Short, held from April 8 to 11, 2010 in the city of Durham. "Poot" is about the ancient Iranian tradition of carpet weaving, documenting the details and precision that goes into each hand-loomed creation.
