I am trying to fax a form for the concerts on Dec 23 to 26 the fax does not pick up. Is there another way to do this .

Why dosen't the form for The Paris Hotel include a spot for extra tickets on the third concert?

in regards to the paris application, originally there was going to be only 2 concerts. Since the third concert was added after the forms were printed and created, you don't see the third spot for the 23rd concert. It will be included with Paris/balley's concert.
