First of all I want to thank everyone for their support of my music.

Before the night of my April concert, there was a letter sent to many of my friends and fans on myspace that contained defamatory statements. This letter was filled with sick lies, written and sent to many of you and posted by some of you. His sister also sent the same letter. Another website also posted this letter and more. This letter was so defamatory it put my family in danger.

I contacted the police and am dealing with this according to their advise. I am also resolving, myspace's and the other websites legal responsibilitys in allowing these people to write & post defaming and libelious statements.

I have been a singer for 20 years and would assume you all know who I am as a person, my wife has been 20 years in the community, and has put her heart out to many fans. I didn't see much defense of this post. If you don't know who I am by now and you question my integrity, I don't want your support.

This guy is now contacting people listed on my page. If you are being harrassed let me know so I can give the letters to the police.

There is freedom of speech, but there are laws against writing, posting, and speaking words that defame, libel and slander someones character and life. With so much hatred and racism in the world, I advise people like this who try to create more hatred, to get a life.

first of all i went to LAPD and i told them exactly what i have done. i told them about here and myspace and the officer look at me like are you trying to kid me she said we always talk about our president and say everything. she said USA is a free country and you can practice your rights. so that's that and also i told them if they put my life in any kind of danger or try to cause hatred i will go to adoption agency. so tomorrow i don't have school. also thursday. if i felt like i am in danger i will go and save two little kids. i am sure adoption agency will find out soon or later but soon is better before they get hurt mentally and physically.
