Sadeq Saba PhD (Persian: صادق صبا, born in Rasht) is an Iranian journalist, who currently works as the BBC's Iranian affairs analyst. Saba came from Iran in 1982 in order to receive a doctorate from the London School of Economics. He also plays a significant role in the newly founded BBC Persian Television. He has previously appeared on The Daily Politics. In February 2009 Saba presented a three part series on the BBC World Service called A Taste of Iran.
