    Angelina Jolie: 'Terrified' During Birth

Angelina Jolie, in her first U.S. interview since Shiloh Nouvel was born last month, says she was frightening during her daughter's birth.

"You know, because you're there for the birth, which I wasn't for my first two kids, you're just suddenly terrified that they're not gonna take a first breath," the actress says in an interview to air Tuesday on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360, "That was my whole focus. I just wanted to hear her cry."

Jolie's two other children, 16-month-old Zahara and 4-year-old Maddox, are adopted.

Jolie also praises the medical team in Namibia who helped in the delivery – and says Brad Pitt was by her side during the birth.

"He was in the operating room," she says in excerpts of the interview released to the Associated Press. "And we had amazing doctors. And everybody was so lovely."

Jolie, 31, and Pitt, 42, are back in the United States, with their three children. Pitt is in the process of adopting Maddox and Zahara.

Jolie, who sat for the interview in honor of World Refugee Day, tells Cooper that she gives a third of her income to charity: "Yeah, well, I had a stupid income for what I do," she jokes.

'No Truth' to Britney Namibia-Birth Report

There is "no truth" to a report that Britney Spears is considering giving birth to her second child in Namibia, a rep for the singer tells PEOPLE.

On Friday, the African nation's Deputy Environment and Tourism Minister, Leon Jooste, claimed officials had gotten an inquiry on behalf of the singer.

"She has shown interest to come over to Namibia," Jooste told the Associated Press. "Nothing has been confirmed yet, but there is a definite possibility of that happening."

Declining to elaborate, Jooste said, "She wants to come in very low profile and have some privacy. She might change her mind if we reveal too much now."
Spears, 24, and husband Kevin Federline, 28, are parents to 9-month-old son Sean Preston. The couple are expecting their second child in September, Spears told Matt Lauer in a Dateline interview that aired Thursday night.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie recently boosted Namibia's appeal to privacy-seeking parents-to-be: After their daughter, Shiloh Nouvel, was born in the country on May 27, Pitt said the baby's birth was "truly peaceful" and that they "had top-notch medical care."

Added Jolie, "We want to tell the world how magnificent this country and the people are."

Grey's Anatomy Star Katherine Heigl Engaged

Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl and her boyfriend, musician Josh Kelley, are engaged, their reps confirm exclusively to PEOPLE.

No wedding date has been set.

The couple met last year when Heigl, 27, appeared in a video for Kelley's song "Only You."

"At the end of the shoot, I said, 'You're gonna go eat dinner with us, and you can't say no,' " Kelley, 25, said in October. "So we ate, drank and just started hanging out after that."

Music is still part of their relationship: Kelley wrote a tune, "Katie's Song," for Heigl. "There is really nothing more romantic than that," Heigl told PEOPLE in December. "It was one of the most thrilling and romantic things that I've ever experienced, and it makes me really like him bad."

Heigl, who also starred on the WB's Roswell, grew up in New Canaan, Conn., and worked as a model before she began acting. She is currently filming the comedy Knocked Up.

Kelley, an Augusta, Ga., native, released his debut album, For the Ride Home, in 2003. His second album, Almost Honest, came out last year, and his third, Just Say The Word, is scheduled to hit stores July 24.

            Jolie: I'll Adopt Another Child

Angelina Jolie, in her first U.S. interview since daughter Shiloh Nouvel was born last month, says she will adopt another child.

"Next, we'll adopt," the actress says in an interview to air Tuesday on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360, the New York Post reports.

Jolie's two other children, 4-year-old Maddox and 16-month-old Zahara, were adopted from Cambodia and Ethiopia, respectively.

Her next child will be from another country, she says, although she hasn't decided which one or whether she's hoping to adopt a boy or a girl. "It's going to be the balance of what would be the best for Mad and for Z right now," she tells Cooper.

Jolie also admits she was terrified during Shiloh's birth, praises her medical team in Namibia and says Brad Pitt was by her side. "He was in the operating room. And we had amazing doctors. And everybody was so lovely."

Jolie, 31, and Pitt, 42, are back in the United States with their three children. Pitt is in the process of adopting Maddox and Zahara.

According to the Post, Jolie tells Cooper she's inspired by the people she helps in her role as UN Goodwill Ambassador.

"You think, 'Jesus, the things these people go through,' " she says. "I owe it to all of them to get myself together and stop whining about being tired and get there and get focused because, God, it's the least I can do with what they live with."

              Nicole Kidman to Paparazzi: Cheers!

Nicole Kidman and fiancé Keith Urban used a very Australian gift to soothe the paparazzi camped outside her Sydney home on Tuesday ahead of their expected weekend wedding – a case of cold beer.

After staking out Kidman's harbor-side Sydney house for most of the day, some 20 photographers heard her garage door start to rise and quickly armed themselves with motor-drive cameras.

But instead of a shot of the bride and groom before the wedding day, two women carrying a case of beer and water bottles met the paparazzi.

Written on the case of 24 bottles of Victoria Bitter beer was a note: "Enjoy!, Nicole and Keith."

And it seemed the gesture worked, at least temporarily, with the paparazzi thanking their host and enjoying the beer – a universal greeting of friendship in Australia.

On a previous visit Kidman clashed with a photographer, claiming he was planting a listening device near her home, and gained a court restraining order against him.

But on this trip Kidman is using all her Hollywood charms.

Earlier in the day the paparazzi sent Kidman flowers to celebrate her 39th birthday on Tuesday and sang her happy birthday via a gate intercom.

Kidman emerged smiling. Asked what she planned for her birthday, she replied: "Not much, dinner at home with mum ... boring. Thank you for the flowers and the singing."

Kidman and country music star Urban arrived in Australia on Monday saying they had returned to Australia to be married.

Local media reported Kidman and Urban were tipped to tie the knot at a Catholic church near her family home in Sydney's northern suburbs this weekend.

Kidman, who won an Academy Award for her role in the 2002 film The Hours, ended her 10-year marriage to Tom Cruise in 2001. The couple has two adopted children.

She met Urban in January 2005 at an awards dinner held by the Australian government in Los Angeles honoring the two.

Kidman was born in Hawaii and raised in Australia, while Urban was born in New Zealand but also raised in Australia.

Urban won a Grammy in 2006 for best male country vocal performance with the song "You'll Think of Me."

Details of the wedding remain under wraps, but local media said Kidman is rumored to be having a hen's night on Friday at a Sydney day spa and Urban will have his buck's night on Friday.

Guests will reportedly include fellow stars Naomi Watts, Russell Crowe and Hugh Jackman, director Baz Luhrmann and News Corp. Ltd. boss Rupert Murdoch and his wife Wendi Deng.

Keira Says She Prefers British Blokes

How are American men and British men different? "U.K. guys – well, the ones that I know – don't take as much stock in their appearance," says Keira Knightley in a new interview. "Ask an American guy what his beauty regime is, and he'll tell you. Ask a Brit, and he'll say, 'Er … Guinness?' I like that."

In the July issue of InStyle, the actress, 21, does admit to an affinity for one American: Johnny Depp, her costar in 2003's Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and its sequel, Dead Man's Chest, out July 7. Asked which of her leading men was the best kisser, she says, "Johnny Depp certainly wasn't bad."

But there's just one person she's interested in kissing these days – her boyfriend, British actor Rupert Friend, 24, her costar in 2005's Pride & Prejudice. But she insists that she and Friend, who played Mr. Wickham, didn't get together while working on the film. "I haven't ever had an on-set romance with anyone and I still haven't," she says.
Also in the InStyle interview, Knightley admits she's uncomfortable dressing up: "I don't know why I'm a scrub, but I am. I've got some great clothes and I'll put them on, do my makeup and my hair, stand in front of the mirror and feel like such an idiot. I feel stupid if I've made an effort. It's ridiculous."

Nevertheless, Knightley – who was chosen by PEOPLE.com as one of the best dressed stars at this year's Oscars – managed to have fun at the award ceremony when she was rendered "speechless" sitting next to Jack Nicholson. "I can't remember what he said to me. Everyone asked if he tried to hit on me, but he didn't. It's actually kind of embarrassing that he didn't."

The new issue of InStyle hits newsstands June 23.

                  Elisabeth Shue Has a Girl

Elisabeth Shue and her husband, Davis Guggenheim, welcomed a baby girl, Agnes Charles Guggenheim, on Sunday, a rep for the actress tells PEOPLE.

"Mother and daughter are happy and healthy," says rep Stephen Huvane.

This is the third child for Shue and Guggenheim, who are both 42. They have a son, Miles, 8, and a daughter, Stella, 5.

Shue was nominated for an Oscar for 1995's Leaving Las Vegas.

Heidi Klum, Seal Expecting a Baby

Heidi Klum and Seal are expecting another child together, PEOPLE has confirmed.

"It gives me great joy to announce that Heidi, Leni, Henry and I are expecting a new addition to our ever increasing family," Seal tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "We all feel both excited and fortunate to be able to share this experience once again."

The German supermodel and the British singer already have a son, Henry, 9 months, and a daughter, Leni, 2, from Klum's previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

"The arrival of any child brings you a lot of happiness," Seal told PEOPLE last year before the birth of their son. "If we're lucky enough, we'll have more."

Klum, 33, and Seal, 43, wed last May on a beach near the singer's home on Mexico's luxurious Costa Careyes. During their first anniversary party, which was also celebrated in Mexico, Seal crooned Nat King Cole's "Unforgettable" to Klum as 25 friends and family members looked on.

The couple began dating in February 2004, while Klum was pregnant with Leni. Seal has, from the start, been like a father to the little girl.

"What I love most about fatherhood," he said last year, is "the opportunity to be a part of the development process of a new life."

Last November, just two months after Henry was born, Seal told PEOPLE, "We try to spend as much time as possible together. There are days we never get out of our pajamas. We play with the kids in bed, watch TV, cook, hang out."

Added Klum: "Our kids are a constant source of amusement."

Up next for the mom-to-be: The new season of her reality show, Project Runway, is scheduled to begin July 12.

Angelina: Zahara is Jealous of Shiloh

Angelina Jolie, in her first U.S. interview since daughter Shiloh Nouvel was born three weeks ago, said her son Maddox, 4, adores his new sister – while daughter Zahara, 16 months, is still coping with the addition to the family.

"Mad loves her," Jolie said Tuesday on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360. "Because when Z came home she was older, she was seven months old, so for Mad it's like having this tiny little pet he can just hold and look at. He's great."

But, she added, "Z's a little jealous, because she's still a little girl."

Jolie, who said she and Brad Pitt would adopt their next child, also spoke about the relief she felt last year upon learning that Zahara, whom she'd adopted from Ethiopia, was not HIV positive – as were many of the children she'd also considered taking home.

In particular, she remembers one little boy, about whom "I still have guilt," she said. "I still see his face and I always will. He was the first child I met who was about to die. He was by himself. I still to this day – even though I know the broader picture, you can't save everybody – feel that I should have helicoptered him out and spent the money and done something and saved him, even though I probably couldn't have."

On a happier note, she said she was thrilled to find that her feelings for Shiloh, her first biological child, were no different from those she felt for her adopted children.

"I was kind of prepared to defend my other children," she said. "I was prepared to kind of give them extra love and attention, because something was going to be different about this new one."

The interview aired on World Refugee Day, giving Jolie – a goodwill ambassador for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for the past five years – a platform to discuss her travels, including a trip to a refugee camp in Sierra Leone.

"It was an amputee camp ... the worst camp I've ever seen," she said, adding that the visit "changed me for the better."

"Suddenly you see these people who're really fighting something, who are really surviving, who have so much pain and loss ... and you just feel like your own life has been so sheltered and so spoiled. It just changed everything," she said.

For the most part, Jolie steered clear of her personal life in the interview, though she did concede she receives a "ridiculous" salary for making movies and, as a result, donates a third of her earnings to humanitarian causes.

Naomi Watts in Sydney for Kidman Wedding

Nicole Kidman's longtime friend, Naomi Watts, landed in Sydney from New York City early Wednesday to be with the bride-to-be, the Associated Press reports.

"I'm very excited for my friend," Watts, 37, told reporters, but said she wasn't "at liberty to discuss" any details of the upcoming nuptials.

Kidman, 39, and Keith Urban, 38, are expected to tie the knot this weekend at a lavish ceremony that will reportedly include guests Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Rupert Murdoch and his wife Wendi Deng and Murdoch's Sydney-based son Lachlan and his wife, model Sarah O'Hare.

Kidman's two children with former husband Tom Cruise – Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11 – will fly to Sydney later this week, according to local press reports.

Watts – who was born in Britain but raised in Australia – met Kidman when they were young actresses Down Under. Sydney news outlets are reporting that she is expected to attend a bachelorette party for Kidman later Wednesday at the $3 million mansion of Kidman's sister, Antonia.

On Tuesday, Kidman celebrated her 39th birthday with a low-key dinner at her parents' home in the Sydney suburb of Greenwich. Kidman and Urban arrived in a black Aston Martin and were greeted by a handful of fans.

Earlier that day, Kidman briefly posed for pictures outside her home after reporters and photographers sang "Happy Birthday" over the intercom. She later sent bottles of water and a case of beer out to the gathered media with a note reading, "Enjoy! Nicole & Keith."

Kidman and Urban are reportedly staying in separate residences until the wedding, she in her harborside house and Urban in a downtown hotel.

                          Katharine McPhee's Bulimia Battle

American Idol's Simon Cowell called runner-up Katharine McPhee's voice "the best of the competition." What hardly anyone knew, however, was that she'd risked destroying that voice: She'd struggled with bulimia for five years, and the self-induced vomiting could have taken away her ability to sing.

At her worst point, she was throwing up as many as seven times a day, which is like "putting a sledgehammer to your vocal cords," she tells PEOPLE in its new issue.

Finally, after successfully auditioning for Idol last fall, McPhee, 22, decided to seek help. "When I made it onto American Idol, I knew that food – my eating disorder – was the one thing really holding me back," she says. "I was bingeing my whole life away for days at a time … So when I got on the show, I said, 'You know what? I can do well in this competition. Let me give myself a chance and just get ahold of this thing.' "
With the support of her parents, Peisha, 52, and Daniel, 57, and her actor boyfriend, Nick Cokas, 41, in October McPhee enrolled at Los Angeles's Eating Disorder Center of California, where she spent three months undergoing group and individual therapy, six days a week.

"I knew I had put off going to a treatment center long enough – I'd been struggling with bulimia since I was 17," she says. "Growing up in Los Angeles and spending all those years in dance class, I'd been conscious of body image at a young age, and I went through phases of exercising compulsively and starving myself. … Food was my crutch; it was how I dealt with emotions and uncomfortable situations."
Now, McPhee, whose first single comes out June 27, has dropped 30 lbs. as a result of the "intuitive eating" approach she learned at the center. "I learned that there's no such thing as a bad food," she says. "If you look at a doughnut, people think it's a fattening food – why? Because if you eat it you'll get fat? No, you'll get fat if you eat 10 doughnuts."

Although McPhee admits she's still learning to deal with stress – "I still bite my nails," she says – she's much happier these days. Of getting treatment for her illness, she says, "That's why I say American Idol saved my life, because if I hadn't auditioned I don't think I would have gotten a handle on food."

Hugh Jackman Home for Kidman Nuptials

Hugh Jackman is the latest celebrity to arrive in Sydney for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's wedding, expected to take place this Sunday.

The X-Men: The Last Stand star, a Sydney native, and wife Deborra-Lee Furness flew into the city from Shanghai Wednesday, the Sydney Daily Telegraph reports. He headed straight for the gym, responding to reporters' questions with, "Wedding? What wedding?"

Earlier in the day, longtime Kidman pal Naomi Watts arrived from New York and spent the day at the home of actor Simon Baker (Something New) and his wife.

On Wednesday, Kidman worked out with her personal trainer at her harborside mansion; throughout the day, shipments arrived of flowers, wine and groceries – including Coke, chips and Cheerios – arrived at the house.

That evening, Kidman's sister, Antonia, hosted a low-key bachelorette party for the bride-to-be. Guests included Kidman's mother Janelle, cousin Angela, publicist Wendy Day, Watts and other friends.

Urban, meanwhile, took it easy at the InterContinental hotel until the arrival of his parents, Marianne and Bob, as well as his older brother Shane, sister-in-law Jennifer and their two children. "We're very excited to be here – really looking forward to it," Marianne Urban told journalists.

Urban's bachelor party is reportedly set to take place Thursday.

Locklear & Spade Still 'Just Friends'?

Heather Locklear and David Spade are still "just friends," a close source tells PEOPLE. Make that good friends: Last Wednesday, at the West Hollywood eatery Jones, a witness reports, "They were kissing like a couple of teens."

The pair were first spotted smooching at an afterparty for Spade's Showbiz Show in March – a month after Locklear filed for divorce from Richie Sambora.

At the time, a source close to the situation told PEOPLE that the longtime pals had been "spending time together," but that things hadn't reached the "dating" stage.

Meanwhile, another friend of Locklear's downplayed any notion of romance. "Heather and David were just goofing off; the whole thing was blown out of proportion," said the pal. "They were joking around and hamming it up, and the next thing you know, people are saying they're together."
Still, the pair were spotted together several more times in May – eating out and, on May 28, hitting the beach together in Malibu, where Locklear slathered sunscreen on Spade. (Meanwhile, a shirtless Sambora was photographed in Italy on May 22 with his new girlfriend, Denise Richards.)

Last month sources close to Locklear again said that she and Spade were not a couple, but that Spade had been a source of comfort – and more than a few laughs – during tough times.

                                Selma Blair, Ahmet Zappa Split

Actress Selma Blair and actor-rocker Ahmet Zappa are divorcing after two years of marriage.

Blair filed the petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, citing irreconcilable differences.

"Selma and Ahmet have decided to divorce but love each other very much and will continue to be close friends," Troy Nankin, spokesperson for the couple, said in a statement exclusive to PEOPLE.

The couple married in January 2004 at the L.A. home of actress Carrie Fisher after dating for six months. "The ceremony was so romantic, beautiful, elegant, a little goofy – exactly like them," a friend told PEOPLE at the time.

Blair, 33, is best known for her roles in 1999's Cruel Intentions and 2001's Legally Blonde. She stars in the upcoming Edward Burns-directed film Purple Violets alongside Debra Messing.

The 32-year-old Zappa – son of the late musician Frank Zappa – will next release a children's book, The Monstrous Memoirs of a Mighty McFearless, on July 25.

The marriage was the first for both. They have no children.
