But its something im struggling to change

first you have to accept to get help
then see a dr. to make sure your organs of your body are functioning well such as heart.....

persian joon it is really bad to be aniroxic,
you have to take care of yourself while you are young, because people who are anorixic realize they have made a big mistake in theri life when it is too late.
as jjbb said, you need to see a dr. (a psychologist and a family physician) they can help you get over your bad habit.
