that's an interesting question... as you said, the croak is in the ear of the beholder. I think I'm the type of person that doesn't try to croak too hard. This attitude is a little stressful, at first, in the company of loud croakers or people who have a sensitive ear. At the same time, what makes me unique is that I fit in with my similars and opposites once we get to know each other. This comes from the fact that I've never been part of "one group" per se. For example, I'm into both types of football, and I have a good time with both the more "latty" type and with so-called "intellectuals".
